The house is situated directly on the beach of the Blidsel-Bay in the dunes of Sylt. The Mudflat of the North Se is directly in front of the doors with a water-deepness of 1,2 m by high tide and mud flat at low tide. The Blidsel Bay is situated between Kampen and List. The open North Sea can be reached by foot in 1 km – a nice walk throught the dunes and grasslands of Sylt. With the car, Bus or bicycle directly to be reached but quiet.

The is furnished and suits really good for a maximum of 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids-room has a bunkbed, which ist not really a good place for an adult to sleep at night.

The flat is cosy furnished with:
- Living-Room – with two part – on the one side two big panorama-windows towards the dunes with a sofa, armchairs and a low-table – TV-Set, secretary-furniture and a small stereo. The second part of the room has a dining-table for at least 6 persons terrace-door and a kithchencupboard with a “loading window” into the kitchen, which can be closed
- Kitchen – nice furnished vacation-kitchen with cupboards, which can also be opened from the living-room and a lot of technical equipment as induction-stove, oven, microwave, dish-washer, refrigerator with freezer-compartment and extra cooling-compartment for beverages, toaster, coffee-machine, water-cooker, washing-machine
- Kids-room – with a two-storry – bunk-bed and an additional – pullout-bed – 90 x 200 cm – closet and toy-rack with a couple toys and games
- Bathing-room – green – the bath in the ground-floor with a nice round-shower and a wide sink and big mirror
- WC – maritime – in the ground-floor seperatly from the bathroom with hanging WC nice maritime tiles and a small sink
- Hallway – in the ground floor – form here You go into all the above rooms
- Sleeping-room – upper floor – with a double bed a big closet installed into the wall with a lot of room, TV-Set, bedside tables and so on with a nice view over the dunes into the mudflat of the North Sea
- Bath-room – Blue – a nice classic bathroom with bathtub, Sink and WC – as a bath is supposed to be
- Sleeping room to Süderheidetal – here you find 2 seperatly installed beds 90 x 200 xm and closet – a practical Sleeping room – second TV-Set right now in this room

You will find 2 parking lots directly by the house.
The house has a terrace towards the Blidselbay, which is surrounded by a stonewall – “Friesenwall”. This terrace can not be seen from the beach and from the small street towards the house which gives You a lot of privacy.
On the dune you will find a table with sitting-possibility for the wounderful view over the Bay to List, the Main-Land and Kampen.
Besides the house you have a little lawn of 5x20m.
The house is framed by wild roses.

Special features

Non-smoking-house - smoking strictly forbidden in the house - if this rule is violated there has to be paid a penalty of Euro 1000,-.

It is a very good starting point for watersports as Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Sailing with small boats, hiking in the mudflat and so on.

General Information

You will rent a nice style reed-roofed house with about 100 square-meters of living-space directly on the beach of the Blidsel bay– build into the dunes. You have your own entry to the beach and view on to the tideland of the North-Sea. The House is ducked into the dunes entwined by rose hip bushes, blackberry bushes and erica on the dunes.
The Süderheidetal belongs to the community of List and is situated between Kampen (2,5 ) and List (2 km).
The Blidselbay is a nice place to relax but also for mudflat hiking tours, swimming, windsurfing, sailing . . .

The flat and the functional rooms like kitchen, bathroom and household-room are completely equipped (including: bed-linen, towels, dishes & silverware, washing machine and so on)

Just bring your personal clothes and feel like home instantly.
Two parking-spaces for cars right in front of the house backsight.
WLan is not the fastest.

How can I book an accommodation?
We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

Under which conditions can I book an accommodation?
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.

Is the accommodation vacant and bookable in my requested travel period?
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

How do I calculate the total rental price?
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Whether the tourist tax is included or not is displayed below the total rental price.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).

Is it possible to exceed the maximum number of guests?
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.

Are there discounts for children?
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Where is my accommodation located?
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Are pets allowed?
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

When are the check-in and check-out times for my accommodation?
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.

How does the handover and the return of the keys take place?
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.

Why is a price calculation impossible, even though the accommodation is vacant?
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
  • 17
    My requested travel period is below the minimum stay. How can I continue?
    In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
