Rights of the landlord

If a tenant cancels the booking contract he or she is obliged to pay a cancellation fee to you. The cancellation costs depend on the time of the cancellation. The tenant must pay as a minimum 20%, and maximum 80%, of the full rental price. You can read more about the cancellation fees in our terms and conditions for tenants.
