Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage. Leider ist die Beschreibung hinsichtlich der Dachterrasse irreführend. Es wird von einer visuellen Trennung mittels Blumenkübel (o.ä.) gesprochen. De facto handelt es sich um einen auf dem Boden stehenden winzigen Balkonkasten, dessen Bepflanzung augenscheinlich als rudimentär, wenn nicht sogar tot bezeichnet werden muss (Fotos können gerne nachgereicht werden) Da das -für die Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes- "nachbarschaftliche"Miteinander in jeder Weise unerfreulich war, gehen wir davon aus, dass die irreführende Beschreibung für beide Parteien extrem enttäuschend war.

Die Badezimmertür lässt sich nur sehr schlecht abschließen.
Die Wärmflasche ist kaputt. Sieht geschmolzen aus…

WLAN Internet zu langsam , wegen WLAN im Nachbar Südspitze 2 besitzt. Dafür soll eigenes WLAN in Südspitze 1 eingesetzt werden. Danke

Das war bereits unser 6. Aufenthalt in der Wohnungg und es hat uns wie immer gut gefallen. Der Ort Hörnum bietet leider inzwischen recht wenig Gastronomie, und das was noch da ist hatte während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen (daher ein Abzug bei der Lage). Abzug bei Sauberkeit lediglich wegen des nicht ordentlich gesäuberten Milchaufschäumers - ansonsten alles bestens.

Die Empfangsqualität des WLans, der Router steht wohl in der Wohnung Südspitze 02, ist sehr schwach, bzw. nicht in allen Räumen (z.B. untere Schlafzimmer) empfangbar. Hier würde ein WLan-Verstärker sehr viel Sinn machen, die Geschwindigkeit ist durchaus ausreichen, wenn man Empfang hat, wie in der Küche, Terrasse und im Essbereich.

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub so braucht und einiges mehr. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bäcker und Strand schnell zu erreichen. Haben uns wohlgefühlt. Danke auch an die Appartementvermittlung, hat alles wieder super geklappt.

Herzlichen Dank für diese so liebevoll ausgestattete, hübsche Wohnung. Bis in´s kleinste Detail ist an wirklich alles gedacht. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustüre, weitläufig und um einiges ruhiger als in Wenningstedt. Wir haben unsere neue Bleibe gefunden, wenn wir denn rasch genug bei der Buchung sind ;-). Danke für dieses kleine Paradies und auch der Herzlichkeit des Appartment Service. Vielen DANK!

Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs waren fußläufig
zu erreichen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
