Im Appartement habe ich mich nach der Renovierung noch heimeiliger gefühlt.Es war eine perfekte Woche, zumal das Wetter sehr dazu beigetragen hat. Ich konnte die wunderbare Terrasse mit Strandkorb jeden Tag nutzen- ein wirkliches Highlight. Gerne wieder!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, renoviert, neue Matratzen, liebevoll dekoriert uvm.
Alles vorhanden für einen perfekten Urlaub.
Besonders lobenswert ist die Verwaltung.
Die Koffer stehen bei Ankunft in der Wohnung, und wenn etwas fehlt, bemüht sich das freundliche Team vom Appartmentservice um jedes Problem!!

- Zwischentür im Treppenhaus schließt nur schwer und sollte gangbar gemacht werden
- Filter in der Dunstabzugshaube sollte gereinigt werden
- Die schöne Dusche neigt in den Schiebetüren bereits zu Ablagerungen und sollte gründlich gereinigt werden

Die Qualität der Küchenutensilien könnte etwas besser sein. Ich hasse stumpfe Messer... das ist aber wirklich schon Kritik mit ganz spitzem Bleistift. Ansonsten eine traumhafte Wohnung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass ein Fläschchen Sekt und Wasser zur Begrüßung bereit standen. Ebenso war es prima, dass bereits Reinigungs-Tabs, Geschirrspülmittel und im Bad eine kleine Handseife vorhanden waren. Ein Edeka Markt und eine Bäckerei sind nur einen Sprung entfernt.

Bei der Ausstattung haben Sie an alles, vor allem an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht - sehr praktisch.
Die Terrasse ist klasse, da sie Sonne von morgens bis abends hat und man mit dem Strandkorb den Wind "aussperren" kann.

Ein sehr großes Manko der Wohnung sind leider die Matratzen. Die müssen dringend getauscht werden. Extrem weich, durchgelegen und die eine hat in der Mitte eine riesen Bäule, erholsamer Schlaf unmöglich. Bei der Abreise haben wir das Problem angesprochen. Eher hätte für uns keinen Sinn gemacht , wir waren nur 4 Nächte da und wann hätten da , über Himmelfahrt die Matratzen getauscht werden sollen. Aber für unsere Nachfolger bitte tauschen. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen aber die Matratzen wären ein Grund es nicht zu tun. Lg

Boxspringbett und Kaffeepadmaschine und neuen Staubsauger und Fön. Der Strandkorb ist echt ein Highlight (den ganzen Nachmittag bis in den Abendstunden Sonne) aber leider völlig vergammelt!

Neues Sofa, leichtere Esstischstühle nebst Esstisch!! Der vorhandene Tisch passt absolut nicht in diese kleine Wohnung. Stühle für ältere Urlauber auf der Terrasse wären auch gut.

Rundum perfekte Unterkunft für mich als Einzelreisende. Kurze Wege zum Strand, Hafen, Bäcker,Restaurants und Edeka. Insgesamt sehr erholsamer Urlaub, da wirklich komfortables,kleines,gemütliches Appartement.

Leider sind die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen. Auch die Stühle sind nichts für langes Sitzen, was aber im Winter unvermeidlich ist. Ebenso das Sofa. Hier gäbe es Verbesserungspotential.

kleine Reparatur am Strandkorb vornehmen und Matratzen austauschen
Das Kinderschlafzimmer mit kleinem Einzelbett, das man über die Treppe erreichen konnte, überraschte, da es gar nicht in der Anzeige fotografiert wurde. Auch ansonsten wurde es nicht erwähnt, wahrscheinlich, weil eine Maximalbelegung mit 2 Personen vorgesehen ist.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
