The bedroom with light lacquered solid wood furniture invites you to relax. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for a fee.
In front of the apartment is a small garden terrace, which is equipped with beach chair and garden furniture. An in-house parking lot is at your disposal free of charge.
Garden furniture and beach chairs are available to you seasonally limited.
Barbecue in the garden is not allowed.

On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 17:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
