Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Es gibt ausreichend Zimmer, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das große, moderne und neuwertige Badezimmer. Der Rest der Wohnung ist zwar etwas altmodisch, aber sehr gepflegt. Die Lage in Morsum ist extrem ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Im Ort gibt es nur einen Bäcker und einen EDEKA, aber die Bushaltestelle ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt keine Parkplatzprobleme. Die Vermieter, die im selben Haus wohnen, sind äußerst freundlich und immer erreichbar. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und für die Gäste nutzbar. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft für ruhige Tage auf dem Land!

Wunderschöner Entspannungsurlaub!
Das Vermieterehepaar Boysen ist total lieb und hilfsbereit. Außerdem gesprächsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr gut mit Ihnen verstanden!
Die Wohnung liegt für Ruhesuchende extrem idyllisch, etwa 500 m vom Deich entfernt fernab vom Trubel.
Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang, was gerade in dieser schwierigen und komplizierten Zeit, sehr angenehm ist.
Außerdem ist alles pingelig sauber!
Das Grundstück ist riesig und mehr als gepflegt. Hier kann man sich definitiv aus dem Weg gehen, sofern man das möchte.
Wir waren mit Allem mehr als zufrieden und können sie guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Herr Boysen ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, der Küchen-Essbereich ist allerdings nicht abgeschlossen, sondern stellt den Eingangsbereich dar. Das Bad ist top. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer war für uns ( ab 1.76 cm ) etwas kurz, das Fußteil hat ein gerades Liegen verhindert. Alles in allem ein sehr idyllisches Plätzchen Erde.

Wir haben uns bei unseren Vermietern sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Buchung und finanzielle Abwicklung der Wohnung war sehr unkomplizert und zuvorkommend. We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
