Die Ferienwohnung 6 ist absolut toll. Saubere Einrichtung und gepflegtes Mobiliar und schönes Ambiente. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man die Ferienwohnung betritt. Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier und werden auch in Zukunft wieder hierher kommen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Es gibt einen minimalen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine Garderobe im Flur oder 1-2 Kleiderhaken wären wünschenswert. Einen langen Mantel z. B. kann man im Wandschrank nicht unterbringen und der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer ist dafür leider zu beengt. Es gibt zwar eine Garderobe auf dem Hausflur außerhalb der Wohnung, die man aber nicht nutzen möchte, weil sie für jeden zugänglich ist.
Ansonsten aber eine super Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet ,es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Lage ist optimal und der Bäcker(Brötchen/Kaffee usw.) ist nur 50m gegenüber von der Wohnung.Würde ich immer wieder buchen??!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, bietet genug Platz und hat alles was man braucht.
Pluspunkt ist natürlich auch die Sauna. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Neues Haus ! Sehr sauber ! Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe perfekt ! Alles vorhanden wie Parkplatz Fahrrad Abstellmöglichkeiten . Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet . Leider ist die Küche nur eingeschränkt nutzbar weil sie nur 2 Kochplatten und keinen Dunstabzug hat . Ein vollwertiger Backofen wäre auch schön ! Die Lage ist recht zentral aber dadurch auch sehr laut !

Hatten eine tolle Woche auf Sylt.Die Fewo ist Perfekt.Obwohl dort Hunde erlaubt sind (hatten selber einen dabei)merkt man es nicht.Super sauber und gemütlich.Uns hat es an nix gefehlt.Die BeraterInnen sind auch sehr freundlich .Haben auch schon für den nächsten Urlaub bei Sylt er gebucht.

Top-Wohnung, sehr schick gestylt und hochwertig eingerichtet. Genau wie das Haus ist auch die Wohnung und alles in der Wohnung ganz neu. In ein paar Minuten kann man vor zum Strand laufen. Wir waren im Februar dar und hatten auch mal Dauerregen, aber da konnte man es dann gut mit einem Buch auf der Couch - die nicht nur modern aussah, sondern auch gemütlich war - aushalten.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße, was nicht ganz so schön ist. Aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass man nichts hört. Im Sommer könnten einem vielleicht ein Balkon fehlen.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung fußläufig zum Strand, zum Bäcker und alle anderen Dinge der täglichen Versorgung und Freizeit sind Schnell zu erreichen.
Schöne Restaurants eine nette Promenade und der Strand sind direkt ein paar Straßen weiter fürs Inselfeeling (:
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet die Küche hat viele Elektrische Geräte (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine & Kapselmaschine, etc.)
Jedoch war schade, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder gab, die Ferienwohnung aber nur maximal 2 Personen fassen soll. Das war für uns nicht verständlich.

Sehr schöne & geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Durch die Lage an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße relativ laut wenn das Fenster offen ist. Anliegerfahrzeuge verstärken morgens den Lärm. Die Ausstattung wie Geschirr, Gläser etc. ist von der Qualität her gut, jedoch etwas zu wenig. Alles nur 6x vorhanden. Es gibt eine Nesspressomaschine! Der Kühlschrank verfügt auch über ein Gefrierfach. Es gibt direkt am Haus Parkplätze, die jedoch sehr eng sind. Insgesamt ist die Wihnunv sehr zu empfehlen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
