Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet – perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Schöne kleine Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (ohne überladen zu wirken). Stellplatz für PKW direkt vor der Tür, fussläufig ist man schnell in Wenningstedt und am Strand oder in anderer Richtung in der Braderuper Heide. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung, wo hauptsächlich auch Insulaner leben, was wir persönlich sehr gut finden. Nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle an der Braderuper Straße. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was benötigt wird, die Küchenzeile ist super ausgestattet, auch mit guten Gläsern jeglicher Art. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Eine sehr schöne und vor allem sehr saubere Wohnung - mit mehr Zubehör als man erwarten darf - und an der nichts auszusetzen ist.
Ebenfalls eine sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage - zudem kurze Wege bis zum Ortszentrum.
Ich habe diese Wohnung bereits an gute Bekannte weiterempfohlen - und das mit einem mehr als sehr guten Gewissen.
Auch muss ich die Abwicklung der Anmietung positiv hervorheben.
Die Korrespondenz mit der Vermieterin war sehr sehr höflich und MEGA freundlich - und vor allem sehr unkompliziert.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, wesentlich hochwertiger ausgestattet als so manch andere "Wohnung", es fehlt an nichts, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem nicht weit weg vom Strand/Zentrum/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr nette Vermieter, was will man mehr ?

Tolle Wohnung zu einem angemessenen Preis. Vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Während in anderen Wohnungen abgezähltes Besteck und Geschirr zur Verfügung steht, ist hier alles vielfach vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Die gewählte Ferienwohnung ist optimal zugeschnitten und die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Besonders positiv war für uns, dass die Wohnung auch in diesem heissen Sommer angenehm kühl war. der einzige leichte Schwachpunkt ist die Lage direkt an der Strasse nach Braderup. Nachts stört das wenig, aber am Tag ist der Verkehr störend, besonders wenn man im gepflegten Garten sitzt. Wie würden jedem Kunden empfehlen Fahrräder zu mieten oder mitzubringen, dadurch wird der Weg zum Hauptstrand sehr erleichtert.

alles bestens - sauber! nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Lage bekommt nur einen Punkt Abzug, da das Grundstück an einer Hauptstraße grenzt - uns hat es nicht gestört, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Ansonsten war für uns die Lage perfekt, weil wir Freunde in Kampen besucht haben. Aber auch zum Einkaufen und zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
