This chic and cosy holiday apartment is located on the third floor of the very well-kept apartment house Windhuk in Westerland. Sea and dunes are only 100 to 150 meters away and dominate the view through the west facing window front of the apartment. The west balcony offers plenty of sun and the ideal lodge for sunsets over dune and sea.
The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes and the train station in approx. 10 minutes. The beach crossing is only 150 meters away.
Everything is accessible in shortest time, sea, beach chair as well as restaurants, pubs, bakers and supermarkets, the "Sylter Welle", the North Sea...

The completely renovated apartment is furnished in a way that immediately creates a holiday atmosphere.
In the sunny, bright living room one feels moved directly to the beach with the lovingly selected furnishings (white furniture, teak wood, rattan). At the spacious dining table you can enjoy the view of the sea and dunes. A comfortable 3-person sofa (folds out into a very comfortable sofa bed with a lying surface of 1.95m x 1.65m) together with rattan armchair and rattan stool, 55" FlatScreen TV and compact hi-fi system completes the living environment. Free WLAN is available. In addition, you will find the local daily newspaper 'Sylter Rundschau' in your mailbox every day (Mon-Sat) so that you don't miss an appointment on the island.
The separate bedroom has a generous built-in double bed (2 m x 1.80 m with 2 separate slatted frames/mattresses), wardrobe and dressing chair, all in the style of a beach house.
The new, modern kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob (4 flames) and microwave/grill. There is a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
The modern bathroom with shower resumes the beach house ambience. It is equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, a wonderful teak mirror and of course a hairdryer.
The loggia with its teak table and two matching chairs invites you to sunbathe privately and sundowner in the evening with a view of the dunes and the sea.
A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room in the cellar. Dryer stand, ironing board and iron are naturally present in the dwelling.
The car park belonging to the apartment is located in the courtyard back of the building. There are also bicycle racks available.

A cot can be provided on request for a fee.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 15:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.
