Die Einrichtung in der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und praktisch. Mobiliar inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen, da könnte nachgebessert werden, da viele Beschädigungen. Soviel zu den Negativen Sachen.
Positiv: Es ist sehr ruhig und geräumig. Wer ein Auto hat, ist sehr schnell überall, egal ob Strand, Einkaufen oder Stadt.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und sehr gepflegt.
Sie gehört zu einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einer reinen Wohngegend, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand, 25 Minuten von Westerland-Zentrum entfernt.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist ruhig gelegen.
Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack zu hart. Auf die Sauberkeit von Besteck und Geschirr sollte vor Anreise der Gäste mehr geachtet werden, da dieses von uns sehr verschmutzt in den Schubladen vorgefunden wurde. Ansonsten würde ich diese Ferienwohnung empfehlen und dort auch jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.
Ins Zentrum sind es knapp 2 km. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bäcker, eine Hundewiese und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Hell und luftig-freundlich eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung in guter, ruhiger, weniger mondänen Wohnlage am Südrand von Westerland. Die Rattan-Sessel vom Foto sind moderneren Kleinsesseln gewichen. Sehr gut ausgestattete (kleine) Küche, schönes Duschbad und bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer mit großen Fenstern. Die Wohnung ist eine von 6 Whgen eines Mehrfamilien-Hauses. Da sie am Flurende liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig. Dass sie im 1. Stock liegt, ist nicht ganz so schlimm, da die Treppe gut begehbar ist und nicht steil. Wir kämen außersaisonal auf jeden Fall wieder, in der Hochsaison bei Vollbelegung stelle ich mir das Rangieren auf dem zum Haus gehörigen teils knapp bemessenen Parkplatz schwierig vor. *** Westerland-Centrum ist fußläufig erreichbar, auf dem Weg dorthin liegt das Aquarium und ein Strandaufgang. Nahversorgung ist in Westerland eh unproblematisch, man findet alles in allen Preiskategorien. *** Das Travanto-Team vor Ort ist freundlich, witzig und aufgeschlossen.

Einfache, saubere Unterkunft mit W-Lan.Stramd, Zentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es gibt aus Sylt allerdings bessere Wohngegend. Es fehlt ein Balkon oder eine Terrasse und der Fernseher, wenn schon vorhanden, könnte der Wohnzimmergröße angepasst, etwas größer sein.

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung! Zweckmäßig und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen, da die Betten einen feinen Liegekonfort bieten.
Der Bäcker ist zu Fuß erreichbar, die Hundekackwiese ebenfalls. Zur Himmelsleiter oder ins Städtchen muss man eine Hauptstraße überqueren, aber dort gibt es eine Fußgängerampel, also kein Problem. Einkaufen in Tinnum, wo es an einem Platz mehr oder weniger alle bekannten Discounter gibt, auch einen Bio-Laden.
Die Betreuung durch Travanto war sehr gut. Wir waren zu einer Zeit dort, als man immer einen Corono-Test vorlegen und auch an Travanto per E-Mail schicken musste. Kein Problem! Wir waren zumeist am Flughafen im Drive-In und dann dort zur Hundetobewiese.
Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Freundliche, helle Wohnung mit schönem Blick in den Abendhimmel, großzügiges Wohnzimmer. Sehr gut gelegen, Strand, Stadt, Supermärkte in zehn Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, Fahrradverleih praktisch vor der Haustür. WLAN stabil - auch für Teenager-Ansprüche ;) Küche mit allem, was man sonst so braucht - z. B. Geschirrspüle, Mikrowelle, Münzwaschmaschine und -trockner im Keller. Kommen gerne wieder.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
