Tolle, super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.
Küche mit Vollautomat, ein kleines Set mit Küchenutensilien lag bereit. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Bad, viele Handtücher zur Verfügung.
Schöner, kleiner, sonniger Garten mit Strandkorb.
Gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und wir konnten sogar schon vor 16 Uhr in die Wohnung.
Alle haben sich rundum wohl gefühlt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Staubsauger, Sitzpolster für draußen. Parkplatz am Haus und auch daneben noch! Echt Top!
Altglascontainer neben dem Haus kann morgens etwas stören.

Wir [ meine Tochter + ihre Freundin + ich] hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen Haus DÜNE 20. Es ist so toll ausgestattet, so viel Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck. Dazu die herrlich große Küche und das bequeme Sofa. Auch toll sind die Schlafzimmer und der wirklich beachtliche Stauraum in den Schränken. Die moderne und schön geflieste Dusche und die Schubladen unter dem Waschtisch sind super! Waschmaschine & Trockner sind perfekt im Bad platziert. Auch der Einbauschrank im Flur ist gut durchdacht. Unser Hund hat es geliebt, in dem schönen Garten zu chillen und wir brauchten keine Angst zu haben, dass er ausbüxt. Der Strandkorb ist wirklich optisch und von der Bequemlichkeit ein Highlight und man merkt, dass der Hausbesitzer Wert auf gutes Design & Komfort legt.
Auch möchte ich lobend erwähnen, wie nett & professionell der gesamte Ablauf über die Agentur SYLT - ER gelaufen ist. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft blitzeblank sauber! Auch dafür sagen wir DANKE und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung, alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. Mal dort und das war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. Es war wieder eine tolle Zeit in der „Düne 20“

Super tolle Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig mit NEFF Geräten. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb, den Möbeln und dem Sonnenschirm ist absolut perfekt. Richtig gut fanden wir auch die Waschmaschine und den Trockner. Zudem ist die Lage klasse, weil nah an der City, aber wenig Verkehrsgeräusche.
Alles in allem, DIE perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und es wurde alles so vorgefunden, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. In den Schlafräumen ist kein Fliegengitter angebracht,
dies könnte zum Problem werden, wenn man die Fenster auf Kipp lässt. Man weiß ja nicht, was so alles durch die Fenster kommt.

Zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Blitzsauber, sehr gute und neuwertige, moderne Ausstattung. Alles bestens und perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund, weil der Garten durch eine schöne bepflanzte Mauer abgeschlossen ist.

Wir haben die Bezeichnung für die Schlafräume im Keller nicht verstanden. Das war irreführend.
Die Bezeichnung WG ist irreführend.
Man schläft nicht gut wenn man enge nicht verträgt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie liegt sehr zentral und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Zwei kleine Punkte gibt es anzumerken. Die Spülmaschine war bei Urlaubsantritt nicht ausgeräumt und im Warftgeschoss war leider kein W-LAN Empfang.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
