wir waren nun schon wiederholt im EMHÜS Appartement und es war wie immer sehr, sehr schön. Bei der Ankunft ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Diesmal konnten wir auch die Terrasse nutzen bei herrlichem Sonnenschein. Die oft bemängelte Lautstärke der nahegelegenen Strasse hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, da in den Nachtstunden nicht viel los war. Die ebenerdige Dusche ist einmalig, mit breitem Zugang und sehr groß. Der gesamte Kontakt mit dem Sylt-to-hus Team war immer extrem freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Leider war die Zeit viel zu kurz.

Der Aufenthalt im Urlaubsglück EMHÜS hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bei Ankunft ist das Nötigste vorhanden, sodass der Urlaub sofort beginnen kann. Die Lautstärke des nahen Straßenverkehrs hat uns nicht gestört, einzig der sehr schmale Gang zwischen dem Bett und dem Kleiderschrank ist doch etwas sehr eng geraten, aber sehr geräumiger Kleiderschrank mit großer Anzahl von Kleiderbügeln, was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Das gesamte Sylt to hus Team sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Lage ist zentral aber auch durch die angrenzende Straße lauter wenn jemand empfindlich ist.Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir wurden von Anfang an bis zur Schlüsselabgabe sehr nett betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung Emhüs war für uns einfach perfekt, sehr sauber, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Von der Buchung bei Sylt to Hus bis zur Abreise war alles super organisiert und mit der App erhielten wir alle Infos, die man benötigt. Wir sind total begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter liebevoller Ausstattung! Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Einzig der erhöhte Autolärm der angrenzenden Hauptstraße hat bei Benutzung der Terrasse den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt ! Ansonsten kann man trotzdem festhalten - tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage!

Auch wenn wir uns nicht kennen gelernt haben ( meist nur bei Beschwerden ) sagt es doch auch das wir sehr zufrieden waren . Alles hat wunderbar geklappt
und wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt. Haben die Wohnung nach Bekanntgabe der Vermieterin das der September 2023 wieder frei wurde sofort wieder gebucht.
Weiter so und alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Ruckzuck zu Fuß in der Stadt oder beim tollen Bäcker zum frische Brötchen holen ! Fahrradverleih direkt gegenüber! Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht! Wir haben zum 2ten Male 5 perfekte Tage im Bienenstock verbringen können und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
