Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, ganz in der Nähe zum Strand und Promenade und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sylter Welle direkt gegenüber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und insbesondere die verschiedensten Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten machen die Wohnung, gerade in der dunklen Jahreszeit, sehr gemütlich.

Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert. Ist alles vorhanden gewesen. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn eine kurz Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher im Schlafzimmer gewesen wäre. Haben keine Programme gefunden.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, in der man sich von Minute 1 an wohlfühlt. Ein Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und der Strand ist vor der Tür. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen!

Top-Lage, toll eingerichtet. Leider ist der Hausflur sehr schallintensiv und die Reinigung in anderen Wohnungen oder dem Flur in den frühen Morgenstunden waren schon etwas störend. Dennoch auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Wir (2 Erwachsene) haben im Oktober d.J. eine Woche in der schönen FW in Westerland, Eydum 10 verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft nahe zum "Strandübergang Friedrichstraße" gelegen. Sie ist sehr durchdacht gestaltet und bietet fast alles für einen genussreichen Urlaub. Das "fast alles" möchten wir wie folgt näher beschreiben: Das Schlafzimmer emfanden wir etwas klein, gerade beim Aus- und wieder Einpacken der Koffer. Dafür bietet das Bett (Matratzen) einen hervorragenden Schlafkomfort. Wir waren auf Sylt noch nie so gut gebettet :-)).
Das Bad lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen!
Das Ambiente von Küche und Wohnraum ist geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt (eigentlich die gesamte Wohnung - ohne viel Schnick-Schnack).
Die Küche ist sehr funktional eingerichtet. Da - gerade in der noch unsicheren Coronazeit - Feriengäste wie WIR das Selberkochen dem Besuch eines zu vollen Restaurants vorziehen, hätten wir uns eine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gewünscht: z.B. Auflaufform, Topfhandschuhe, Deckel für große Bratpfanne, viell. ein Hand-Rührgerät, Auf den Induktionsherd hatten wir uns schnell eingestellt. Der Backofen war eine Herausforderung. Über die Voreinstellung einer Pizzabackstufe sind wir nicht hinausgekommen, da die Bedienungsanleitung für den Backofen fehlte.
Wir genossen es, den Tag bei einem ausgiebigen Frühstück an einem schönen großen Tisch zu beginnen. Zur Vervollständigung unseres Glücks hätte eine Erweiterung des vorhandenen Radios mit einer kleinen CD-Anlage beigetragen, da wir die klassische Musik lieben und immer unsere eigenen CDs dabei haben (das braucht jedoch nicht jeder Feriengast!
Das Wohnsofa, welches wohl auch eine Schlaffunktion vorhält, könnte eine Sitzaufbesserung vertragen. Vielleicht ist die Polsterung grundsätzlich so weich.
Der Ausblick auf die grünen Sträucher ist angenehm. Superior wäre natürlich der Blick aufs Meer, das eigentlich unmittelbar dahinter liegt und nur von der Sylter Welle verdeckt wird. Hier muss man sich allerdings eingestehen, wer wünscht sich das nicht auf Sylt und anzumerken ist, dass es sich bei der Ferienwohnung schließlich nicht um eine FW mit Meerblick handelt.
Die Wohnung ist für mehrere Personen beworben und da kommt es immer auf die persönlichen Platzbedürfnisse an. Wir geben dieser Ferienwohnung für zwei Erwachsene unsere beste Empfehlung und bezeichnen unseren Urlaub letztendlich als rundum gelungen.
Für erwähnenswert halten wir noch den Fahrradverleih in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft mit einem sehr guten Angebot.
Fazit: Angebotspreis/Woche war sehr gut! - Gerne wieder auf Sylt in Eydum 10

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
