Die Ferienwohnung war schick und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das en suite Badezimmer am größeren Schlafzimmer war allerdings ein Witz. Das Bad hätte größer ausfallen können, zumal im Schlafzimmer genug Platz ist, so dass man da noch einen Teil hätte abtrennen können. Wir hatten uns schon gewundert, dass es keine richtigen Fotos vom en suite Bad gab, jetzt wissen wir warum. Das andere Bad war ausreichend groß. Es ist auch genug Kleiderschrank in beiden Schlafzimmern vorhanden und genug Bügel (ist sonst eher selten in Ferienwohnungen). Schön bei König ist auch, dass es die Busfahrkarte für Sylt umsonst dazu gibt. Es gab auch einen Begrüßungskuchen und Kaffee in der Hummerkoje, war alles echt lecker. Das Personal bei der Schlüsselabholung war sehr freundlich und es lief alles reibungslos. Wir buchen gerne wieder bei König .

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage.
Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Bad en Suite, was sehr praktisch ist. Leider ist das Bad sehr klein. Der Wohnraum mit Küche ist gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden. Das dritte Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist über eine steile kleine Treppe zu erreichen, die im Wohnzimmer ist. Man muss aufpassen, das man sich an der Treppe nicht stößt aber was aus dieser Wohnung platzmäßig heraus geholt wurde ist schon toll. Das Bett im Dachgeschoss ist in einer Nische und eher für kleine Leute geeignet. Alles in allem eine niedliche Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön. Sowohl bezüglich der Einrichtung als auch der Lage. Der Preis ist relativ hoch, war es uns aber wert. Es gab lediglich kein gutes WLAN und teilweise haben Herd und Warmwasser nicht komplett funktioniert. Das wird aber sicherlich schnell behoben. Wir wurden alles in allem nicht enttäuscht und können die Wohnung empfehlen!

Eine sehr moderne, extrem saubere und tolle Unterkunft, sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Dachgeschoss noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einer kuscheligen Nische und 2 Schlafplätzen.
Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
Die gesamte Abwicklung mit König war mal wieder vorbildlich.

Stylisch und modern. Gute Lage.
Für 2 Erwachene und 2 Kinder optimal, ansonsten wäre es etwas zu eng durch die Schrägen und die Treppe mitten im Raum.
Super unkompliziertes und komfortables Buchungssystem.

Tolle Wohnung, die modern ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen ist. Ein Balkon oder Terrasse hätten die Bewertung noch verbessert. Für zwei Personen oder Eltern mit bis zu zwei kleinen Kindern super geeignet.
Vielen Dank für die sehr unkomplizierte Überlassung der Wohnung und für Ihre wertschätzende Behandlung Ihrer drei Gäste.

Eine Wunderschöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt und zum Strand, 5 Minunten zum nächsten Bäcker). Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Wir haben unsere Schlüssel in der Hummerkoje abgeholt, super nettes Personal. Wir haben noch einen Getränkegutschein erhalten und hätten alle Tage die Öffis kostenlos nutzen können.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
