Die Unterkunft liegt in einer belebten Straße. Für uns hat es gepasst, da dadurch alles sehr zentral zu erreichen ist. Der Strand liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst oder zu beanstanden.

ein wunderschönes, funktionales kleines Appartement, das Platz genug für zwei Personen bietet und perfekt eingerichtet ist. Die Lage geht einfach nicht besser, morgens kann man vom Fenster aus schon aufs Meer schauen und mit wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand. Die Fußgängerzone ist vor der Haustür und lässt auch kulinarisch keine Wünsche offen. Und als kleines Bonbon gibt es noch eine Gemeinschafts-Sauna im Haus.

Schöne moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Parkplatz nicht direkt am Haus, aber fußläufig. Internetverbindung leider unbrauchbar, da Geräte sich wegen ‚nicht sicherer Verbindung‘ nicht einloggen. Im TV z.B. ARD u.a, nicht empfangbar. Für Gäste, die dies verschmerzen können, empfehlen wir die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Es ist ein super schönes Appartement. Wenn man aber früh schlafen gehen möchte und es gewohnt ist, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, ist dieses fast unmöglich, da der Lärm von der Friedrichstraße, Lokal Kompass, sehr beinträchtigend ist. Wenn man jedoch zu einer Jahreszeit reist, wenn man draußen nicht sitzen kann, ist es ein sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement.

Wenn man diese Unterkunft gebucht hat, dann hat man einen sehr erfahrenen Vermieter gebucht. Da ist wirklich an so gut wie alles gedacht. Das geht schon vor der Anreise los. Du kannst deine Liste schicken was im REWE eingekauft werden soll, damit es rechtzeitig im Kühlschrank liegt. Ich bin beeindruckt. Und wenn du die Liste nicht schickst, dann ist der Kühlschrank trotzdem wenigstens schon eingeschaltet und auf Stufe 2. Das ist prima. Sehr gute Betten. Tadellose Fenster, wenn morgens um 4.30 Uhr die Möwen beginnen ihre Akustik an den Start zu bringen, dann ist bei geschlossenem Fenster davon nichts zu hören. Wirklich nichts. Das gilt natürlich auch für übermotivierte (angetrunkene) Passanten in der Fußgängerzone. Die Unterkunft ist, im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Apartments, richtig vorn im Ranking. Die verwendeten Einrichtungsgegenstände sind Mittelklasse bis Oberklasse. Selbst an "banale" Dinge ist gedacht, z.B. 2 Spültabs liegen parat, 2 Geschirrtücher, 1 Spültuch und 1 Spülbürste. Danke dafür. Wir werden wieder kommen. Wir hatten das Apartment zwar in der ersten Etage. Trotzdem: gut das es den Lift gibt. Nach den langen Strandwanderungen mögen die Knie keine Treppen mehr. Noch eins und dann hör ich auf: der Standort! Keine 80 Meter um die Ecke gibt es EIS von Leysiffer. Genial !! Für uns, und wir sind über 50 Jahre alt, eine tolle Woche. Und verhältnismäßig war die ganze Woche kein gutes Wetter. Aber dafür haben wir entsprechende Kleidung. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Sylt. Wir wollten eigentlich nur mitreden können. Doch wir sind jetzt auch infiziert. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, bequemes Bett, schönes Badezimmer. Fussweg zum Meer 2-3 Minuten. Technik hat funktioniert. Ab 18 Uhr gebührenfreies Parken mit etwas Glück direkt vor der Haustür.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
