Es war eine ganz tolle Unterkunft für unsere Zeit auf Sylt. Eine günstige und zentrale Lage und sehr sehr nette Vermieter. Die Ausstattung des Appartments war sehr gut und die Küche war sehr hell und gemütlich.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und die Atmosphäre war sehr ruhig und lud sehr zur Erholung ein.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Zum zweiten Mal war ich in diesem Jahr auf Sylt und natürlich wieder im Grenzhof. Da ich diesmal nur für mich eine Unterkunft brauchte, buchte ich die Elisabethwohnung. Diese ist klein, aber fein und war für mich alleine natürlich groß genug. Auch zu zweit lässt es sich dort bestimmt aushalten. Das Wetter war ausgesprochen gut, so dass ich auch oft einen Kaffee auf der Bank vor der Wohnung trinken konnte. Und an den kalten Abenden war die Wohnung gemütlich und warm. Besonders nett war auch die Begrüßung, auch wenn es diesmal nicht Frau Hacker selbst war, die mir die Schlüssel übergeben hat.
Bestimmt komme ich wieder, weil für mich hier einfach alles stimmt!

Sehr zentral gelegen in Alt Westerland, kurzer Weg in die Stadt und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Nettes Grundstück mit Strandkörben, um draußen zu sitzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen,nette Vermieter und schöne Umgebung. Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchen und auch preislich sehr in Ordnung.

Es fehl ein Foto vom Wohnungseingang. Vermissten auch den Internetzugang, denDVD-Player und die Terasse.
Die Trittbelästigung aus der oberen Wohnung war abends unangenehm, da alte Bauweise.
Der Preis ist im Verhältnis zu den anderen Wohnungen zu hoch angesetzt.
Die Lage war allerdings optimal.

Diese Wohnung dürfte eigentlich nicht mehr vermietet werden.
Sie ist ungepflegt, dunkel und mit reichlich Staubfäden auf den Böden in Wohnzimmer und Küche verziert; die Einrichtung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig; auf dem Sofa wurde mein Mann mit einem großen, ekligen Haarbüschel konfrontiert; die uralten Lampen hielten nur teilweise stand.
Am schlimmsten war der Modergeruch, der überwiegend aus den vergammelten und verschmutzten Gardinen kroch und zum Brechreiz führte.
Möglicherweise gefährdet die Wohnung die Gesundheit!!!

Vermieter sehr nett, Lage sehr gut, Sauberkeit sehr gut, Ausstattung sehr gut. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Für eine mehrwöchige Reise ist uns die Einrichtung zu 'old fashion' und der 'eigene' Garten würde uns ebenfalls fehlen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
