Tolle und zentral gelegene Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Von hier aus, kann man zu vielen Ausflügen aufbrechen.
In dem Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten sind diese etwas schmaler aber auch für Erwachsene gerade noch ok.
Perfekt ist der feste Parklpatz auf dem Parkdeck.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, komplett ausgestattet und befindet sich in zentraler Lage, ca. 5-10 Min. zu Fuß zum Strand.
Trotz der Vielzahl der Wohnungen ist es im Haus sehr ruhig. Nachts - besonders am Wochenende - können aber schon mal feiernde die Ruhe stören.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist groß genug für 4 Personen. Nur die Einzelbetten im Kinderzimmer sind wirklich nur für Kinder geeignet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, ging auch, aber die beiden Betten sind schon sehr schmal. Ansonsten tolle Wohnung, gute Immobilien-Agentur und angenehme Abwicklung.

Für uns als Zugreisende war die Lage Perfekt . Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet . Das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist klein und die Betten sind weniger geeignet für große Erwachsene , für Kinder / Jugendliche aber völlig in Ordnung . Vermisst haben wir nichts . Danke .. die Wohnung hat dazu beigetragen das wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub hatten .

Die perfekte Wohnung, wenn man gerne mittendrin sein möchte, aber ohne im ganz großen Trubel zu sein. Die Zimmer sind durchgängig sehr hell möbliert. Durch die großen Fenster wirkt die komplette Wohnung offen und freundlich. Der eigene Stellplatz für das Auto und der Aufzug im Haus machen die Wohnung auch dann attraktiv, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist.
Auf dem Balkon ist ausreichend Platz, um mit drei Personen bequem frühstücken. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen man ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Mit dem PKW ist man auch schnell in anderen Ortschaften und selbst der Bus hält vor der Tür. Für 4 Personen ist mehr als genug Platz. Dank des Privaten Parkplatz braucht man keine freie Parkfläche suchen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Gebucht haben wir diese Wohnung eigentlich für zwei Personen. Kurzfristig entschloss sich unser erwachsener Sohn mit seiner Freundin mit zu kommen. Trotz der 4 Personen fühlten wir uns in der schön eingerichteten, hellen Wohnung nicht beengt. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß, Tisch und 4 Rattanstühle mit Blick auf den Rathausplatz. Die Lage direkt zwischen der Friedrich- und Strandstrasse gefällt uns sehr gut. Das Haus ist mit einer kurzen breiten Einfahrt zum Parkdeck mit direktem Eingang zum Fahrstuhl bequem, auch mit Gepäck, zu erreichen. Die Küche ist komplett, z.b. Geschirrspüler, Backofen/Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, es gibt kein vernünftiges Bierglas aus dem ein gepflegtes Pils getrunken werden kann. Leider haben wir das auf Sylt sehr oft erlebt. Es gibt ein ausreichend großes schönes Duschbad mit großer Duschkabine und Überkopf-Brause, und für mich wichtig, aus der genug Wasser kommt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief per eMail und wurde auch bei Rückfragen umgehend vollständig beantwortet.
Diese, für mich bisher längste Beschreibung einer Wohnung, habe ich gemacht, weil wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Eine sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung, die nichts vermissen lässt. Sowohl was Ausstattung, Lage, als auch die Zimmeraufteilung angeht. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich/Küche getrennt waren.
Und toll ist das eingebaute Radio im Bad :-)

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
