Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt hinter den Dünen. Bis zum Meer ca. 500m. Bäcker und Fahrradverleih ca. 200m, bis zur Friedrichstraße ca. 1km. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend. Die Küchenzeile im Wohnzimmer war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das Bad ist sehr klein und man hat nicht viel Abstellfläche aber auch da kann man sich für 1-2 Wochen behelfen. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist, dass wir um 15 Uhr wie angeben nicht in Wohnung konnten, der Reinigungsservice hat noch nicht mal angefangen mit putzen. „Man sollte sich bei der Hausverwaltung beschweren“ hieß es. Die Wohnung war sauber aber in die Ecken durfte man nicht so genau schauen. Wir kommen aber gerne wieder.

Diese FEWO kann ich ohne Einschränkung empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 50m bis zur Seenot) ist das Highlight. Sehr schöne Westterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenliege! Wir hatten tolles Wetter so konnten wir die Terrasse oft nutzen! Top ist der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, direkt am Eingang. Hier ist ein weiterer Garten mit 3 Strandkörben, für morgens in der Sonne geeignet.Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, alles vorhanden! Die kleine Küche ist vollkommend ausreichend für 2 Personen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher sind vorhanden! Ein Backofen fehlt allerdings. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und schön, gute Dusche! Das Schlafzimmer ist oben im Spitzbogen, die Treppe zwar steil aber gut zu besteigen. Im Wohnzimmer eine 2er Couch und ein Sessel mit Fuß-Bank, eine Essgruppe für 4 Personen am großen Fenster zur Terrasse. Garten und freier Blick auf die Düne runden die tolle Wohnung ab! Zusammenfassend: sehr zu empfehlen!

Mit ein paar kleinen Eingriffen (Garderobenholz weiß lasieren, Schmiedeeisenhutablage durch einfache Haken ersetzen, Gardinen im Wohnzimmer raus, etwas mehr Licht im Bad) ließe sich der Eindruck der Wohnung leicht aktualisieren.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
