Sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung und die Eigentümer investieren regelmäßig in die Instandhaltung. Das macht im Haus Nordland nicht jeder. Sauna und Schwimmbad im Haus machen den Urlaub bei jedem Wetter perfekt. Toller Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Hier bin ich immer wieder gern.

Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, auch der Parkplatz war sogar überdacht!

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung Nr. 96. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit hochwertigen Materialien und Elektrogeräten ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche und Badezimmer sind auch perfekt, wie Zuhause. Auch in dem Bett ist der Schlaf garantiert, dazu hilft auch die gute Luft. Wir haben auch die Sauna und den Innenpool gerne genutzt und werden wieder in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft. Schade sind nur die An- und Abreisetage am Samstag. Das ist jedoch auf Sylt die Regel, daher die langen Wartezeiten an dem Autozug bei An- und Abreise.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung und allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, mit ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Innenstadt von Westerland ist auch fussläufig erreichbar.

Die Lage ist sehr zentrums-und strandnah(5 Gehminuten zur Friedrichstrasse).
Wohnungsübergabe sehr angenehm unkompliziert.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
Welnessbereich ist etwas lieblos gestaltet.Und sehr störend ist das ständige nachwerfen von Geldmünzen.Das Zeitintervall sollte erhöht werden von 10 Min. auf 30 Min.

Wir haben schöne Tage auf Sylt in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Für 4 Nächte war es möglich, dass unser 2-jähriger Sohn mit bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat.
Obwohl es ein sehr großes Haus ist, haben wir von den Nachbarn nichts gehört. Gestört hat nur der Straßenverkehr, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft.

Wir haben das Appartement für eine Woche in den Sommerferien angemietet und mit unserer kleinen 6 Monate alten Tochter bewohnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die stadtnahe Lage ist optimal. Der Bäcker an der Ecke hat uns jeden Morgen mit Brötchen versorgt. Ein EDEKA ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider war das Appartement bei unserer Anreise noch nicht gereinigt aber nach einem kleinen Stadtspaziergang fanden wir ein sauberes Appartement und eine Flasche Sekt für uns vor.Empfehlenswert!!!

Das modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Appartment laesst kaum Wuensche offen. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefuehlt. Schwimmbad und Sauna im Haus sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Obwohl es eine grosse Wohnanlage ist, lebt man dort ruhig und die Leute im Haus sind sehr freundlich. Unbedibgt empfehlenswert!

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
