The apartment is located in the 1. Floor of the house. It has 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms and 1 as a space as a living room with kitchenette. The second bedroom under the Roof is accessible through a staircase in the living area. The apartment has no balcony. It is a lovingly decorated and maintained apartment. Facilities: TV with cable connection, 2-zone ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, radio, CD player. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in basement of the house.

This is a non smoker appartment. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in the southern area of the central location of Westerland (approx. 10 minutes to walk). The area is characterized by single family houses in the Frisian style. Impressive is the central location of the house, e.g. 10 min to Friedrich Street (central pedestrian zone) and the beach and 10 minutes to the main train station. In the area nearby the house there are restaurants like Jörg Müller, Webchristel, Altes Friesenhaus. All the attractions in Westerland can be reached by foot: e.g. the beautiful official wave pool, the music shell on the beach promenade, the cinema center in the Strandstrasse etc.

Die Gäste dieser Ferienwohnung heben die gute Ausstattung sowie das damit verbundene Wohlbefinden während ihres Aufenthalts hervor. VerifiedSchöne Wohnung in bester Lage. Ein großes Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoß ohne Tageslicht und ohne Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Das andere Schlafzimmer recht klein, die Betten sehr hart. Die Ausstattung ist reichlich, aber mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Unbedingt Toilettenpapier, Küchentücher und Abwaschutensilien mitbringen, die Erstausstattung war lediglich eine halb verbrauchte Rolle Toilettenpapier. Genug gemeckert, Sylt ist immer toll, die Wohnung in einem super hübschen Haus und in allerbester Lage.

Vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung. Das Schlafzimmer im Reetdachgiebel hat ein Dachfenster im Giebelfirst, das leider aus uns nicht ersichtlichen Gründen mit einem Kissen verstopft war - wurde sofort behoben.Monika

VerifiedSehr schöne, kleine, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Für 2 Personen ideal. Super Lage. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und im Wohnbereich neu ausgestattet. Sehr nette, zuverlässige Vermieter, die sich gleich um Anliegen kümmern.
Wenn's mal wieder passt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Verifiedwir haben uns mit unserer behinerten Tochter sehr wohl gefühlt.
Durch den vielen Rummel am Silvester, hat es gut getan, etwas ausserhalb des Geschehens zu sein.
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
