This holiday apartment, located very centrally to all spa facilities and to the main beach, is situated opposite the Kurmittelhaus (spa centre) in the second storey of a small, well-cared for apartment building in Steinmannstraße 15. Only a few steps to the main beach (Musikmuschel, windsurfers) and to the pedestrian area “Strandstraße”, for shopping, buying bread rolls, eating out, taking a stroll. The spa centre and the sea water leisure pool “Sylter Welle” are directly next door. You can go to get spa treatments or go to the swimming pool in your dressing gown. The island’s biking and hiking trail parallel to the beach to the north and to the south runs directly past the building.

A spacious holiday apartment on the second storey of a smaller apartment building, around 40m2 with recessed balcony; separate, fully equipped kitchen with its own window.
Living area: comfortable lounge suite opposite the television with comfy 2-seater couch and additional armchair, as well as a coffee table, additional small dining table with chairs in the sitting room and another one in the kitchen, ample cupboard and storage space in the hallway and living area, colour cable television, telephone, sleeping alcove (separate from the couch!) with a good double bed made up of two mattresses, both 80cm x 200cm, without a “gap” in the middle. Both with nightstands with good lighting. A children’s bed upon request (please request by email or by telephone!)
Lift to the apartment. Spacious bathroom with integrated shower.
Drying room in the basement with coin-operated washing machine and dryer, space for bikes.
Cycle and hiking trails to the north and to the south over the entire island of Sylt run directly past the building.
Sheltered, spacious, east-facing recessed balcony with table and chairs and lots of morning sun. Window from the kitchen to the balcony.
Personally reserved parking space available on the property, easily accessible by car.
Bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machine in the basement.
1 min. to the swimming pool Sylter Welle and to the Kurmittelhaus (spa centre), 2 min. to the main beach, beach access Strandstraße and beach access for windsurfers.
But still – important in the peak season! – outside of the public house pedestrian area but still very near to the centre of the spa quarter!
Well suited for taking spa treatments, e.g. during the off-peak season (please enquire about the long-term rental price!)
Many guests come again because of its proximity to the beach and to spa treatments!
Communal laundry room with a washing machine in the basement.
Storage facilities for your bikes upon request (lockable basement space)

On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
