This apartment has a second, separate bedroom that has been built in the converted attic and is ideal for two children with two single beds and its own TV.
6 guests can stay here without problems, incl. sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen unit is practical, with dishwasher, microwave, eggs + electric kettle, etc.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

On the lawn in front of the house you will find a wicker beach chair that belongs to your apartment, as well as a lawn share for your apartment.
Description of the property:
All four apartments have one living room with a sofa couch, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms and a totally equipped kitchen unit with dishwasher, microwave, 4 hob electric stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, eggs and electric kettle, sufficient crockery and glasses and everything that you have at home in your kitchen. The two ground floor apartments have a terrace, a wicker beach chair, garden furniture and a parking space. The two apartments upstairs have, in addition, a second bedroom in the converted attic with two single beds and separate TV. This is a detached house situated peacefully in the second row of houses. The city centre of the island’s cultural metropolis (Westerland) is only a few minutes away. For apartments 3 and 4 there is a garden share with lawn and wicker beach chair. There are also parking spaces available for apartments 3 and 4.
The house is surrounded by greenery.
Every apartment has its own reserved parking space, lawn / garden share, garden furniture and wicker beach chair.
Every apartment has an ironing board and steam iron!
Internet flat rate for you entire holiday and calls to German landlines for your stay for a one-off payment of €15.00.
