Ein wirklich liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Mit seh freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern die mit im Haus leben und für Rat und Tat zu Verfügung stehen. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr Detail bezogen und mit einem grandiosen Blick ins grüne und ein Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist super. Sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Zentrum von Westerland ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.
Eine Ferienwohnung zum wohlfühlen und in welcher der Urlaub sofort starten kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt schöne Unterkunft zu einem vernünftigen Preis.Der einzige Nachteil:Man muß um auf die Toilette zu gelangen durch das Schlafzimmer gehen und die Schlafgelegenheit unter dem Dach hat keine Türe.Ein Teil des Bestecks fehlte.Nur 1 Kuchengabel und 3 Kaffeelöffelchen(hatten wohl Beine bekommen)Wir Haben dies allerdings nicht moniert.
Die Hausleute sind sehr nett!Sicher hätten sie eine Lösung gefunden.

Obwohl wir uns nur ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser tollen Wohnung einquartiert haben waren es sehr erholsam Tage. Wir waren danach so entspannt als wären wir eine ganze Woche dort gewesen.
Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig.
Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett.
Die Unterkunft werden wir uns auf jedenfall für zukünftige Sylt Urlaube merken :-)

Absolut empfehlenswert. Wohnung sauber und absolut ausreichend für 2 Personen. Für 4 Pers. in der dunklen Jahreszeit jedoch zu wenig Platz zum "rumlümmeln", da lediglich ein Sofa vorhanden sonst nur die Stühle vom Esstisch. Und vielleicht noch 1 separates Radio.
Hand- und Duschtücher ausreichend vorhanden.
Vermieter wohnt im Haus unten was wir als Vorteil ansehen. Ausserdem ist die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wohnung ist gemütlich, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. 4 Personen können schlafen, dann wird es aber eng im Bad, dass leider nur über das eine Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist. Problem nachts bei Toilettengang der verschiedenen Mitbewohner. Gut sind die kleine Spülmaschine, TV und Wlan. Sofa und Matratzen könnten erneuert werden. Herd hat leider nur 2 Kochplatten. Freundliche, unkomplizierte Vermieter.

Ein Appartement zum Wohlfühlen - von der ersten Minute an. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man in Strandnähe, aber nicht direkt im Zentrum von Westerland wohnen möchte.

Super nette Gastgeber ! Lage für Familien optimal. In fünf Gehminuten ist ein Campingplatz mit Spielplatz und für die Großen ein super Italiener mit großer Auswahl. Auto stehen lassen und die Insel per Rad entdecken ! Zum Strand und in die City von Westerland sind es nur wenige Minuten. Perfekte Lage ! Kommen gerne wieder !

Die Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Toll war hier, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Preis mit inbegriffen waren und alles bezogen war. Für eine Familie mit Kindern super, auch wie wir mit Freunden...Manko hier allerdings, dass das Bad nicht separat war, sondern man durchs SZ gehen musste, so hat man das andere Paar immer gestört. Da man auf Sylt nicht immer Essen gehen mag, wollten wir auch etwas kochen. Es gab KEINEN Herd, nur 2 Kochplatten. Das ist zu wenig. Möbel in Kiefer, etwas alt aber ok. Fernseher, Radio, Kühlschrank, kleiner Geschirrspüler und Fön vorhanden. Lage: dicht an der Hauptstraße. Als wir ankamen, war die Couch allerdings sandig und einige Lampen verschmutzt...das Bad im oberen Bereich staubig. Leider sind wir da sehr eigen und man bezahlt ja auch für die Endreinigung!
Im Großen und Ganzen aber ok. Wir würden wieder kommen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
