This cozy holliday apartment is located right in Westerland at the first level of neat and well-kept Windhuk building in Brandenburger Street. Walking distance to the pedestrial zone is only five minutes, and the railway station is only ten minutes away. The apartment has a direct view across Brandenburger Platz until the dunes at Bradenburger Beach and the beach access, only 150 meters away. Everything is within short reach, the beach, bakeries, restaurants, bars, the "Sylter Welle", the North Sea... Buy fresh bread in the morning and walk along the beach on your way back to the Apartment...

Completely and newly renovated and furnished. The bright living-room is, amongst others, equipped with a three-person sofa (with a fold-out double bearth), an armchair, a good size dining table for four persons, flatscreen-tv, cable-tv, blueray-player, and a compact-hifi-system. Free WI-FI. The separate bedroom, completely furnished by a carpenter (on the same level, not a basement-jail), has a good-size cabinetmaker´s double bearth (180 x 200 centimeters), a clauset, bedside table, and a dressing-chair. The cabinetmaker´s kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, a ceramic stove (4 pits), a full-size oven, and, amongst others, a regular coffeemaker and a Nespresso-Coffeemaker. The completely new bathroom (RAK-stoneware) is equipped with a shower cabin, a head, a sink, and a hanging locker underneath the sink (with a hairdryer). In the basement, you will find a washer and a dryer.

This holliday apartment is the ideal combination of "right in the middle of Westerland", and "at the beach quickly", and still it has a "rather quiet" location without a lot of car-traffic. To sit on the sunny and wind-protected west-facing balcony with a cup of tea and a book and to watch life - what more can you ask for? Buy a fish sandwich around the corner? Can do. Visit the sauna or the indoor wave pool at Sylter Welle after a four minutes walk? Can do. Walk to the beach with just flip-flops on? Can do. Buy fresh bread and orange juice in the morning and walk back to the apartment along the beach? Can do.

Under which conditions can I book an accommodation?

In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

How do I calculate the total rental price?
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Whether the tourist tax is included or not is displayed below the total rental price.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Is it possible to exceed the maximum number of guests?
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.

Are there discounts for children?
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Why is a price calculation impossible, even though the accommodation is vacant?
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.

In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
