The small community of Kampen on the North Frisian island of Sylt is considered the most famous village in Germany. A special attraction are the numerous taverns, bistros and restaurants where the Sylt specialties from simple dishes to the "haute cuisine" are being served. Nightlife is also provided for. The bars are full of life at night and make a Sylt holiday quite an experience. Many shops invite shopper’s paradise, including luxurious jewelers and boutiques. The sport is also cared for. Golfers will find pleasure in a large golf course nearby. Nordic Walking, jogging and horseback riding on the beach or surfing are particularly popular with tourists. Those who prefer something quieter can find pure relaxation playing Boule in the middle of the village square in Kampen.

You are welcomed in bright colors by an open living area with kitchen and integrated seats. The dining table with a comfortable sitting bench can be used as a kitchen countertop. The view from the living area with comfortable corner sofa through the large windows is into the garden with south facing terrace, garden furniture and beach chair. An open narrow staircase leads to the first floor with a bathroom, a double bedroom and a single room. The double bed can be separated on request into two single beds. One floor further up is another bedroom with twin beds and a skylight with direct sky view. In windowed basement you will find another high-quality bathroom with a washer-dryer. The stairs and the bedrooms are carpeted, the living room, hallway and bathrooms are tiled with natural stones and equipped with floor heating. The bed linen, duvets and pillows are anti-allergic.
Beautiful south-facing terrace with beach chairs and teak garden furniture. You have access to a large Sylt-style rose garden with lawn and heaths, pine trees and a natural rampart on the outer border of the road. For loading and unloading of luggage you can drive up the driveway to the front door. To park you have a private parking space on the premises.
Proceed just 200m and reach a nature trail that takes you over the dunes directly to Kampen beach. Alternatively, turn onto a running, hiking and cycling trail which runs parallel to Swarte Wall taking you towards the town center, the “Whisky Street” or to the promenade and the restaurant Sturmhaube, to the Grande Plage or the famous “Buhne 16”.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

All rates apply for max. 3 guests. An added €17,50 per night will be charged for each additional guest.
For short stays of up to 3 nights, a surcharge of 57.00 € will be applied.
