Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage zum Strand und der Ausblick sind sensationell. Für mehr Transparenz wäre ein Hinweis auf die steile und enge Wendeltreppe in das OG wünschenswert, sowie die Information, dass Hunde nicht im Obergeschoss erwünscht sind.

Vielen Dank für diese tolle, entspannte Zeit. Von der Kommunikation der Buchung bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe lief alles perfekt. Ab der ersten Sekunde haben sich alle (inkl. Baby und Hunden) unfassbar wohl gefühlt. Dazu im Winter ein Glas Wein am Kamin und Blick auf das Watt - mehr geht nicht! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und ist nur zum empfehlen (100/100)! :-)

Angekommen…, das war das erste Gefühl, das wir hatten als wir die Tür zum Haus Ewa öffneten. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, gemütlich und bis ins letzte Detail durchdacht… und dann dieser einzigartige Ausblick, der den Urlaub jeden Tag auf‘s Neue beginnen lässt…
Könnten wir 6 Sterne für dieses „verzaubernde Haus“ (kein Rechtschreibfehler!) vergeben, dann würden wir es sofort tun! 120%ige Weiterempfehlung! Danke an die Gastgeber, bitte weiter so!!!

Wir haben unseren Dreigenerationenurlaub mit Hund im Haus Ewa verbracht und waren total begeistert- das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet, dabei aber auch in seiner Aufteilung gut funktionierend - hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Geschirr, Küchenutensilien etc. sind mehr ausreichend vorhanden, die bequemen Betten ließen uns sehr gut schlafen. Auf den verschiedenen Terrassen/Strandkorb im sehr gepflegten Garten haben wir je nach Windrichtung gesessen und haben die sensationelle Aussicht auf die Bucht bzw. die Dünenlandschaft genossen. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten am langen, schönen Sandstrand. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort funktionierten super. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswertes Haus für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es ist der zweite Urlaub auf Sylt – dieses mal LIST und nicht Hörnum. Nach der kurzweiligen Überfahrt mit der Fähre erreichten wir das Domizil in 5 Minuten. Die Tür aufschließen, den Koffer abstellen – wir fühlen uns gleich zu Hause angekommen. Das Erdgeschoss mit dem offenen Wohn – Ess - und Kochbereich,, oben das große Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer, wunderschön. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir spüren – es ist nicht reduziert auf eine Bleibe für Gäste , sondern hier wohnt man selbst. Dann die schöne Außenanlage – die Terrasse mit Seeblick , der Essplatz mit Anschluss zur Küche - und der Strandkorb auf dem kl. Plateau, das Haus ist gut eingebettet im Garten. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und genießen die Zeit. Nach all unseren vielen Unternehmungen auf dieser reizvollen Insel , kehren wir immer mit Freude in „unsere“ Bleibe zurück…. Wir kommen wieder ?.

Seit über 10 Jahren sind wir dreimal im Jahr zu Gast im diesem wunderschönen Haus. Jedesmal sind wir immer auf‘s neue begeistert und fühlen uns wie Zuhause.
Man spürt wie sehr dieses Haus geliebt und mit Hingabe gepflegt wird .
Bei jedem unserer Urlaube ist es garantierte Erholung , egal ob im Sommer auf der traumhaft schönen Terrasse mit den Hunden die den Garten genießen oder im Herbst und Winter vorm Kamin mit dem Blick auf‘s Wattenmeer.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
