Our vacation home Steenhues has unique design elements and is furnished in a modern style with high-end equipment.
It is located close to the sea and its only a 5 minutes walk to the train station in Morsum. Nevertheless it is comfortably quiet.
Steenhues is perfect for families as it offers a dining table for 5 grown-ups plus a chair for toddlers.
As the Steenhues is low-allergenic, it is not suitable for smokers.
Small, well-behaving and clean dogs may stay in the Steenhues if this has been agreed by the owner.
We are certain that you will like our Steenhues and will spend a wonderful and relaxing time there.

The family-friendly holiday home "Steenhüs" is located in the contemplative Morsum, Sylt. There are numerous opportunities for walking and biking on the dike fields and on to the famous Watts along Red Cliff. It is located very close to the watts in a tasteful, beautiful - with many new thatched houses - built-up residential area.
From Morsum train-station it is only a 5 minutes walk to the house. The famous Sylt bakery "Ingwersen" with private garden café is located in the city. Also you will find plenty of culinary and cultural diversity.
Going to West beach takes about 12 minutes by car. Take a bike and go in about 20 minutes on paved side roads - almost car-free - to the nearby town of Westerland. From there you can then cycle to Munkmarsch, Braderup Wenningstedt Kampen and more. Another amazing bike tour leads along the dike (no cars) to the "Rantumer Becken".

The (double) house "Steenhüs" boasts upscale amenities: high-quality joinery fittings, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with surround sound, steam shower, kitchen and a south / west facing terrace.
The kitchen is bright and modern. The dining area is ideal for 5 adults plus 1 infant. A high chair is also available.
Two bedrooms are on the 1st level and have little pitched roof, which creates a comfortable space-feeling.
At the addict, two very comfortable bunk-like-beds with a dimension of 1.20 x 2.00 m are available. The addict does not have a door. The house is ideal for families.
Outside there is a small, enclosed garden. The house has a parking lot and a large shed.
The "Steenhüs" is low on allergic factors and therefore unsuitable for smoking guests.
The beds can be adjusted manually to suit all head and foot ends on high.
The mattresses are all of very good quality and equipped with a solid comfort.
There is a combined steam sauna and bath, which includes a shower.
Small, well-behaved and house-trained dogs, you may, in exceptional cases (negotiable) keep on the ground floor of Steenhüs.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
