Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gute Raumaufteilung, mit Eingangsbereich getrennt durch Glastüre, Küche und Wohn-/Essbereich - dieser könnte etwas grösser sein, aber passt. Der Strandkorb im Garten ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, so dass man die Abendsonne gut genießen kann. Das Kellergeschoss ist riesig, großes Schlafzimmer, Fitnessraum, Wirtschaftsraum und das grosse Bad mit Dampfsauna. Durch die geschickte Beleuchtung und teils bodentiefe Fenster im Keller hat man nicht das Gefühl sich im Keller zu befinden. Im ersten Stock dann das grosse Schlafzimmer mit Bad und im Dachspitz noch ein zusätzliches Einzelzimmer. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, schön fanden wir die schwarzen Lichtschalter/Steckdosen :-) Die angrenzende Lage des Hauses an der Hörnumer Strasse ist nicht so störend, wie manchmal dargestellt. Vorteil sind definitiv die kurzen Wege, zum Sandstrand oder zum Watt.

suuuper schöne, überragende und sehr hochwertige geschmackvolle Ausstattung, viel schöner und hochwertiger als auf den Fotos: Parkett ist wirklich Parkett und Natur-Steinboden ist Natur-Steinboden: beeindruckend.
Im Keller sogar Dampf-Saune mit Badewanne!
ABER es wird angegeben, man würde das GANZE HAUS mieten, es ist aber nur das ReihenendHaus und NICHT das ganze Haus, zudem ist die unmittelbar am Haus vorbeiführende Straße die Hauptverbindungsstraße zwischen Süden und Norden der Insel mit durchgehend sehr hohem bis höchstem Verkehrsaaufkommen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist für diese Preiskategorie doch etwas eng und die Verteilung der Betten nicht optimal: im ersten OG ein Doppelbed mit sehr schönem hellen Bad, im Dachspitz: ein einzelnes Bett und im Keller ein Doppelbed und großes Saunabad.
Im sehr hübsch angelegten und eingewachsenen Garten fehlt der Sonnenschirm und auch hier ist der Verkehrslärm der Straße sehr deutlich zu hören.
Ob alle Armaturen, Lichtschalter und die gesamte Küche SCHWARZ sein müssen, ist Geschmacksache, wir finden weisse Schalter und verchromte Armaturen schöner und funktionaler - aber wie gesagt, Geschmacksache. Hochwertig ist es auf jeden Fall!
INSGESAMT: ein sehr schönes REH (Reihenendhaus) auch für SylterVerhältnisse, etwas kleine Wohnfläche, aber mit überragend schöner und hochwertiger Ausstattung!

Es war alles wunderbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch an praktische Details wie Kerzen, Streichholz, Kaffee und Spüli ist gedacht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos und unkompliziert m. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: Please settle the modalities as well as the conditions for the payment directly with the landlord.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
