A large garden with a terrace and seating area and a wicker beach chair, surrounded by roses, invites you to relax and sunbathe. There is a private parking space on the property. On a bench in front of the house next to the flagpole you can enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine in your hand and let the sun set.....
Special feature
The unique, unobstructed, dreamlike view of the WATTENMEER World Heritage Site is very rare, even on Sylt. Pheasants, rabbits and many bird species are regular visitors to the garden.
And if the weather should be on strike, you have your own DSL internet access and a Netflix account.

Also in Rantum you can expect a varied gastronomy from "down-to-earth" to sophisticated. Within walking distance you can reach the different restaurants in the harbour of Rantum as well as on the seaside. The famous "Sansibar"is located in a distance of about 4km.

Location description
Very quiet and relaxing location in Raanwai, off the main road, with its own garden and unique view on the Wadden Sea. The beach is about 800m away. A small supermarket with all necessary things and fresh bread rolls is only about 200m away. Directly in front of the house you can access the cycle path from Hörnum to List.
Other information
By appointment your four-legged friend is welcome to visit us. With regard to the light-coloured carpet on the upper floor, please only in the tiled basement.

You can easily reach the beach of Rantum by foot in about 800 meters. Tip: a cosy "sundowner" in the beach restaurant "Strandmuschel" with a bright view of the Sylt sunset sky.
A dog beach is also within reach at a distance of approx. 1.2 km and the famous "Sasnsibar" at approx. 4.0 km.

VerifiedEin tolles Haus, das ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Watt. Das Wohnzimmer ist der schönste Raum des Hauses mit schönem Ofen, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet für einen Urlaub. Das Schlafzimmer im OG ist ruhig und hat einen schönen Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig in einer Nebenstraße von Rantum, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist am Ende der Straße. Zu Fuß kann man einige schöne Runden durch den Ort gehen. Für Hundebesitzer ist dieses Haus auch aufgrund des großen Gartens sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen!

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
