Sehr guter Zustand in winterlich ruhiger Strandlage
Jetzt im Februar 2022 hatten wir das Glück eine der ersten Urlauber in dieser frisch renovierten, schönen und für uns optimal gelegenen Doppelhaushälfte zu sein. Innen ist alles neu, modern und geschmackvoll neutral eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt am Strand und Highlight war für uns auch die Sauna. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

wunderschöne Woche
Sehr schön, gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus mit Garten, Sauna, guter Ausstattung (Markenware,viel Besteck und Geschirr) und bequemen Betten am Meer. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig! Man ist in wenigen Schritten am Meer und kann mit dem Fahrrad die wunderschöne Gegend erkunden.

Wir haben noch nie so ein Ferienhaus gehabt, bei dem alles stimmte. Betreuungsservice! Die Bilder im Internet sind 1:1 identisch mit der Realität. Das Haus ist mit hochwertigem Mobiliar und Böden ausgestattet. Internet ist ausreichend schnell (auch für Videostreaming, wie z.B. Amazon Prime, Netflix, ARD/ZDF-Mediathek auf dem Fernseher). Ausreichend Steckdosen (und das ist nicht in vielen Ferienhäusern so!). In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Ambiente ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Sauna ist Top. Das Haus ist wirklich warm, auch wenn man die Heizung nicht groß aufdreht. Die Lage ist super (am Wattenmeer). Trotz des nahen Flughafens kaum Fluggeräusche. Jeder Punkt der Insel ist schnell und gut erreichbar. 5 Sterne PLUS!!
Tolle Innendekoration und Mobiliar. Kein "Patchwork". Viele Steckdosen. Tolle Fußböden und hochwertige Bäder-Fliesen.

Das Ferienhaus Lee ist eine wunderschöne Doppelhaus Hälfte im Munkmarsch, unweit vom Bekannten 5* Hotel Fährhaus. Ca. eine Stunde vor der angegebenen C/I Zeit wurden wir telefonisch benachrichtigt, dass die Unterkunft bereits bezugsfertig ist. Der Schlüssel war in einem Schlüssel Kasten hinterlegt. Bei Ankunft wartete ein kleiner Willkommensgruß inform einer netten Karte, informativen Zeitschriften und einigen netten giveaways auf uns. Das Haus war sehr sauber und überaus geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Man findet alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr darüber hinaus. Der absolute Luxus bestand für uns darin, dass man lediglich durch ein kleines Garten Tor gehen musste, um mitten in den Dünen und am Meer zu sein. Zu unserer Reisezeit war der Strand meist menschenleer. Es war wunderbar. Jeder Kontakt mit Sotheby’s war sehr nett. Wir können Haus Lee uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ok aber nächstes Mal keine Doppelhaushälfte. War sehr laut von nebenan!
Sehr sauber war das Haus. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war auch praktisch. Der Kurze Weg zum Strand war schön. Die Einrichtung war Stilvoll und in einem guten Zustand. Ausreichend und schöne Handtücher und die Bettwäsche war auch super.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold her, beliggenheden lige ved stien langs vadehavet er helt perfekt for en smuttur til stranden. Ligger i lille meget hyggelig enklave af boliger, og der er virkelig ikke mange mennesker i området. En lille detalje, vi havde overset i annoncen, er at der er tale om et dobbelthus. Denne bolig ligger ikke i første række til vandet, som luftfoto kunne indikere. Desuden er alle rum relativt små - men virkelig dejligt indrettet og med aftensolen lige på terrassen og ind i stuen.

Leider wurden am Haus gegenüber lautstarke Bauarbeiten vorgenommen, welches eigentlich in der Ferienzeit nicht erlaubt ist. Die Agentur war, nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer, so freundlich uns 30% der Kosten zu erstatten.Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Ausststattung und Lage des Objects waren sehr gut!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf der ganzen Insel. Bushaltestelle in 2 Minuten Gehzeit. Das Watt direkt vor der Haustüre!Das Haus ist für 2-4 Personen geeignet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Sauna war gerade um die kalte Jahreszeit perfekt nach einem Spaziergang.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
