Tolles Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit schicken Designerstücken. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man in 6 Min. am Strand ist, oder in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Toll ist auch die Möglichkeit das E-Auto zu laden. Wir haben direkt wieder gebucht.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus und sehr guter Ausstattung !Leider nicht so gut geeignet für Senioren wegen der vielen Treppen im Haus ,hatten große Probleme alleine die Koffer in die einzelnen Schlafzimmer zu bringen.

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt in ruhiger Lage. Ein Bäcker ist ebenfalls in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon aufs nächste Jahr im Haus Tess.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung und sehr guter Lage.
Schön war die Grundausstattung mit Spülmittel, Tabs und Kaffee Pads (oder waren das Reste?) Leider kein Besen für die schnelle Zwischenreinigung. Leider keine Türe im obersten Zimmer.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Preis ist leider sehr hoch und noch so gerade angemessen.

Tolles Haus. Wir waren zu 5, das war perfekt. Die Sofaecke lädt zum chillen ein und die Sauna zur weiteren Entspannung. :-) Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Das Haus ist total schön.
Wir hatten mit 8 Leuten ausreichend Platz. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Schlafzimmer verfügten über ausreichend Schränke und im Bad war genug Ablagefläche. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber.

ein sehr schönes haus mit toller designer einrichtung mit wirklich allem, was man für einen aufenthalt braucht. ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass in der beschreibung deutlich gemacht wird, dass das vierte schlafzimmer offen ist, sprich keine tür vorhanden ist.

ein wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Feriendomizil. Alles perfekt durchdacht und mit ganz viel Stauraum. Wir waren sieben Damen und es hätte sogar noch eine achte Platz gefunden. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Bis auf die bereits beanstandeten Punkte (zu kleiner Kühlschrank und fehlende Tür im Dachgeschoß) haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus Tess. Wir waren zu vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern dort. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und wir haben es genossen, in wenigen Minuten am Strand zu sein.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erw. / 4 Kinder) dort. Sicher ist das Haus, wie auch beschrieben, mit 6 Personen noch besser belegt (gerade im Winter). Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Sylvesterurlaub verbracht.

Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Hund dort. Der Gartenbereich ist auch sehr gepflegt und eingezäunt. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Gerne wieder.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: Please settle the modalities as well as the conditions for the payment directly with the landlord.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
