In this charming holiday home "Lütt," nestled in the picturesque area between Kampen and Sylt, a delightful outdoor space awaits. Guests can enjoy a shared garden area featuring comfortable garden furniture and a cozy beach chair, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The property, with its rich history dating back to 1930, offers not just a charming interior but also the opportunity to unwind in a lush outdoor environment. The home accommodates up to three guests and includes a designated free parking area. The peaceful surroundings provide an ideal setting, just a short stroll from the chic attractions of Kampen. Please note that pets are allowed upon prior arrangement for a fee. The vacation rental is non-smoking and is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
