Diese Ferienwohnung überzeugt durch ihre traumhafte Lage inmitten der Natur, die von Gästen als sehr ruhig und erholsam bei Meeresrauschen beschrieben wird. Das gemütliche Ambiente lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein, während die Ausstattung als lückenlos gilt und durch moderne Technik sowie neue Betten besticht. Mehrere Gäste heben zudem die gute Abwicklung durch den Service hervor. Verified by partnerIch komme seit 35 Jahren regelmäßig nach Sylt und habe immer in Kampen gewohnt allerdings immer auf der Wattseite. Da die beiden Häuser, in denen ich im Laufe der Jahre jeweils eine Ferienwohnung gemietet hatte, verkauft wurden, musste ich mir jetzt ein neues Quartier suchen und bin bei der Suche auf Sie gestoßen.
Ich habe mich in dem App.22 sehr wohl gefühlt und es wird auch nicht das letzte Mahl gewesen sein, dass ich bei Ihnen war.

Gegenüber dem ersten Mal wurden einige wichtige Renovierungen (z. neue Betten, neuer Fernseher, Küchenausstattung) durchgeführt, die zu einem erheblichen Zufriedenheitssprung geführt haben. Wir haben bereits für 2023 gebucht. Chapeau!

VerifiedEin traumhafter Urlaub (leider zu kurz) in einer traumhaft schön ausgerichteten Wohnung. Trotz vieler Regentage- oder gerade wegen der vielen Regentage- habe ich mich super erholt und konnte die Vorzüge dieser Wohnung genießen. Ruhe, Komfort, Meeresrauschen und eine super Einrichtung haben meine Erwartungen über alle Maßen erfüllt. Ich komme wieder !

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
