Das Ferienhaus wird als gemütlich sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet beschrieben, wobei Gäste die Sauberkeit und die angenehme Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre besonders hervorheben. Der Außenbereich mit seinem sonnigen Garten bietet vielfältige Sitzmöglichkeiten und macht das Objekt auch im Winter attraktiv. Mehrere Gäste weisen jedoch auf eine knappe Anzahl an Besteck sowie auf Abnutzungserscheinungen an Gartenmöbeln und Schranktüren hin. Verified by partnerWir haben zu sechst über Silvester eine Woche im Fienchen verbracht und eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit einem geräumigen Wohn- Essbereich, Kamin und Garten, sowie einem Masterbedroom und zwei Schlafzimmern mit je zwei Einzelbetten und zwei Badezimmern. Die Lage in Keitum ist schön und alles im Ort fußläufig erreichbar.

Verified by partnerDas Haus kommt in die Jahre -eine Renovierung im Wohnbereich( und der Gartenmöbel) wäre erforderlich; die Radioanlage(nur veralteter CD Player)ist nicht vorhanden - Radio-Hören nur über Fernseher möglich - nicht unbedingt zeitgemäß!

Verified by partnerWir waren zum wiederholten Mal in Fienchen. Bei den Noten für den Gesamteindruck und Ausstattung konnten wir kein sehr gut vergeben: Gartenstühle 5 Stück von 8 sind defekt und es ist nicht ratsam diese zu benutzen. Im Schlafzimmer 1.Stock rechts sind div. Schranktüren verzogen bzw. die Scharniere lose und die Türen deshalb nicht schließbar. Das sollte doch repariert werden können.

Verified by partnerLeider müssen wir die Meinung einiger Nutzer über das Objekt bestätigen: tolles Objekt, gemütlich eingerichtet. Aber....es ist laut Beschreibung für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Wir waren nur zu zweit und die Ausstattung mit Gläsern und Besteck war schon für uns zwei knapp. Auch ist es leider so, dass die Gartenstühlen größtenteils defekt waren. Das ist wirklich bedauerlich, wenn man eigentlich den Garten nutzen möchte.

Verified by partnerLeider können wir das Haus nicht empfehlen, da die Ausstattung definitiv schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat und von schlechter Qualität war. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck war auch nicht ausreichend.

Verified by partnerWir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Fienchen verbracht. Es hat uns ( 3 Erwachsene) an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles sauber - der eine oder andere Schramme bleibt eben nicht aus. Auch der Garten mit Sitz-und Liegemöbeln um das Haus herum ist super - Sonnenschein den ganzen Tag. Und wer lieber Schatten mag, auch kein Problem. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen - jedoch mit 6 Personen ehr etwas zu eng. Danke für eine schöne Woche auf Sylt - wir kommen wieder :--))

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
