Die zentral in Keitum gelegene Ferienwohnung überzeugt viele Gäste durch ihre Lage sowie eine sehr gute Ausstattung, wobei ein Gast hochwertige Düfte hervorhebt. Mehrere Besucher loben die liebevolle Einrichtung, die modernen Bäder und den Komfort der Betten, während die geschützte Terrasse mit Strandkorb zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Die Raumaufteilung mit Schlafzimmern im Souterrain wird als gute Lösung beschrieben und der unkomplizierte Service gelobt. Verified by partnerWir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt, Ausstattung sehr gut. Leider sind die Matratzen und Sofas schon arg durchgelegen bzw. Älteren Datums. Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder mieten aber eine Renovierung bzw. Upgrade der Möbel würde die Wohnung noch schöner mache

Verified by partnerSie Wohnung Düne ist sehr gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer könnten besser sein. Die Lattenroste sind defekt.

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit einer geschützten Terasse. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder im Untergeschoss sind immer eine Geschmacksfrage, für uns als Familie aber perfekt. Die Lage mitten Ort ist wirklich toll. Einzig der zugewiesene Parkplatz war sehr eng und nur schwer anzusteuern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Verified by partnerDie Lage, die Größe und die Ausstattung des Objekts Keitum Düne 11 waren sehr gut. Die Betten waren prima, ebenso die zwei Bäder und das extra Gäste WC.
Wir hatten einen Reibungslosen Buchungsablauf, alles sehr unkompliziert.
Schade, dass es im zweiten Schlafzimmer keinen Fernseher gibt. Der zusätzliche Zugang übers Treppenhaus zu den Schlafräumen, Bädern müsste besser Beleuchtet sein. Der Bewegungsmelder zum Souterrain schaltet sich erst nach der Treppenkurve ein. Die Parkplätze sind ziemlich eng. Vorsicht beim Eingang zum Haus, dort liegt ein Stein, der bei Dunkelheit und Nässe eine Stolperfalle darstellt, besonders wenn ein Auto auch noch vor dem Gehweg zum Haus steht. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt, und die kleine Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb genossen. Die Lage ist herrlich für Traumhafte Spaziergänge am Wattenmeer.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
