Verified by partnerDie Wohnung hat eine gute Lage in Keitum. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Sehr schöner Sitzplatz mit Strandkorb im Garten. Die Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung ist relativ steil. Das Zimmer mit Etagenbett liegt im EG, ist sehr klein und nur für kleine Kinder geeignet. Das andere Schlafzimmer liegt im OG. Die Wohnung ist super für zwei Personen, die sich ein Schlafzimmer teilen möchten.

Verified by partnerTolle Lage in einem sehr schönen Dorf, gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Einziges Manko war das Sofa, das nicht ganz so gemütlich war. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Verified by partnerMeinen Aufenthalt in dem Domizil habe ich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Reetdachhaus in Keitum und ist sehr geschmackvoll im typischen Friesenstil eingerichtet. Zu dem Domizil gehört ein toller Garten, der dicht bepflanzt ist.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
