Diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung überzeugt mehrere Gäste durch ihre zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in Keitum, wobei die Nähe zu Restaurants sowie Boutiquen besonders hervorgehoben wird. Die Einrichtung wird als wunderschön sowie super ausgestattet beschrieben, was zusammen mit der tadellosen Organisation zu einer hohen Zufriedenheit bei vielen Stammgästen führt. Während der Außenbereich über zwei Strandkörbe verfügt, bemerkt ein Gast das Fehlen eines Tisches. Verified by partnerWunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung direkt in Keitum. Unten drunter ist zwar das Restaurant Amici, das im Sommer von vielen Familien mit kleinen Kindern besucht wird, aber die Wohnung geht nach hinten raus und ist daher ruhig. Leider gibt es im Garten keinen Tisch, aber zwei Strandkörbe. Für große Menschen ist die Wohnung nur bedingt geeignet, da es sehr viele Schrägen unterm Dach gibt. Wir haben uns öfter gestoßen. Haben uns aber insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bei einer schriftlichen Stornierung des Mietvertrages weniger als 90 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit schulden Sie die vereinbarte Miete abzüglich der Einnahmen einer etwaigen Neuvermietung sowie ersparter Aufwendungen. Letzteres wird mit 20 % pauschalisiert. Demnach haben Sie ggf. 80 % der vereinbarten Miete zu zahlen, auch wenn Sie das Ferienobjekt nicht nutzen. Dessen ungeachtet wird die Stornierungsgebühr von 79,00 Euro erhoben. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
