Spanning approximately 50 m², it features a spacious, bright living and dining area complemented by a modern, fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave. A stylish bathroom with a glass shower enclosure and underfloor heating enhances comfort.
The duplex layout includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a wide bed (120 x 190 cm). Additionally, a second double bed is available in the basement for two adults. There is also a separate WC with a washbasin upstairs. A washing machine is conveniently located in the basement, and Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. Pets are welcomed, making it a family-friendly retreat.

Verified by partnerPaulas Hüs ist für den Mietpreis nicht passen ausgestattet! Kein zweiter Fernseher bzw. der vorhandene Fernseher ist immer noch Mini. Ungemütlich ist auch die Wohnsitzgruppe mit Minitisch.

Der Mietvertrag kann von Ihnen bis zu 90 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit gegen Übernahme einer Stornierungsgebühr von 79,00 € schriftlich storniert werden. In dem Fall erhalten Sie die bereits gezahlte Miete und Nebenkosten vollständig erstattet.
Bei einer schriftlichen Stornierung des Mietvertrages weniger als 90 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit schulden Sie die vereinbarte Miete abzüglich der Einnahmen einer etwaigen Neuvermietung sowie ersparter Aufwendungen. Letzteres wird mit 20 % pauschalisiert. Demnach haben Sie ggf. 80 % der vereinbarten Miete zu zahlen, auch wenn Sie das Ferienobjekt nicht nutzen. Dessen ungeachtet wird die Stornierungsgebühr von 79,00 Euro erhoben. Für den Fall, dass Sie ohne Benachrichtigung nicht anreisen, gilt vorstehend b) mit der Maßgabe, dass die ersparten Aufwendungen mit 10 % pauschalisiert werden.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
