Diese Ferienwohnung in Keitum besticht durch eine hochwertige Ausstattung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, in der sich viele Gäste sofort wohlfühlen. Mehrere Besucher heben die ruhige Lage sowie die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Ansprechpartner hervor, zudem werden das Schwimmbad und die Sauna geschätzt. Die Ausstattung wird als lückenlos beschrieben, wenngleich ein Gast die Anordnung der Utensilien als gewöhnungsbedürftig bemerkt und ein weiterer auf den fehlenden Unterstand für Fahrräder hinweist. Ein technischer Einzelfall am Trockner wurde als punktuelle Herausforderung benannt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und umfangreich ausgestattet, wobei die Anordnung in der Küche gewöhnungsbedürftig ist (Besteck etc. nicht in Greifnähe beim Kochen oder Geschirr aufdecken). Zur perfekten Ausstattung fehlt ein Backofen resp. eine Mikrowelle, aber das wussten wir ja. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Schwimmbad und Sauna haben wir gerne und ausgiebig genutzt. Nachdem wir Neujahr die Waschmaschine genutzt haben, hat leider der Trockner den Dienst verweigert und nur Münzen gefressen, die nicht wieder herauskamen. Die Reklamation beim Vermieter blieb leider erfolglos. Keitum ist wunderschön - wir hatten das Glück, im Schnee dort zu sein. Wer ein besonderes Restaurant sucht, sollte das Amici besuchen.

Keitum is a beautiful small town, one of east villages of Sylt with old and new Frisian houses with their prevailing reed-thatched roofs lend the village their characteristic appearance. You can discover the nature with many nice gardens hedged "Friesen Wall" (frisian parapet) and a lot of trees. Enjoy the view over fields and meadows and the countryside around Keitum - as well as at the Wadden Sea. Long cycle paths and hiking trails invite you to discover the great outdoors.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
