Outdoor area
The lovingly designed garden with its sunny terrace invites you to relax. A traditional beach chair, comfortable loungers, and a sheltered sunken seating area offer perfect spots to unwind. Guests can start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or end it with a glass of wine. A parking space is available directly at the house.
Special feature
A private sauna in the basement is a true highlight, perfect for warming up after a long day at the beach. The combination of a traditional thatched Frisian house, maritime interior design, and modern comfort creates a truly unique atmosphere. Dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement.
Rooms and equipment
House Wattkrabbe accommodates up to five guests and combines Nordic charm with modern comfort. Two cozy bedrooms, two bright bathrooms with an additional guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine leave nothing to be desired. The living and dining areas feature light wooden floors, maritime details, and large windows that create an inviting atmosphere. Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, and a dryer are available.

House Wattkrabbe is a non-smoking property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, so you can simply relax and enjoy your stay. Dogs are welcome; we charge a one-time cleaning fee of €80. A bicycle rental service is located just 800 meters away.

House Wattkrabbe is located in the quiet Frischwassertal in List on Sylt, only about 200 meters from the beach. The location offers peace and relaxation while being close to all important amenities. A supermarket, bakery, and small boutiques are just a few minutes away, as are the harbor of List with its restaurants and the famous fish shack. Walkers and cyclists will appreciate the direct access to trails leading to the Wadden Sea and the Ellenbogen, one of Germany’s most beautiful natural landscapes. Attractions such as the “Erlebniszentrum Naturgewalten” and the “Sylter Welle” are also easy to reach.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
