Negativ: 2 Schlafzimmer sind im Keller, wo es kalt und klamm ist. Warum man die Fenster nicht aufmachen will, siehe Fotos. Wir wussten übrigens auch nichts davon, dass die Schlafzimmer im Keller sind. Stand nirgends und wurde auch extra so fotografiert, dass man es nicht sieht. Im Bad stinkt es leider sehr, ich denke aus dem Duschabfluss. Sauberkeit war hier auch eher na ja, siehe Foto. Für 6 Personen nicht geeignet, da 6 Personen keinen Platz zum Essen am Tisch haben. Wir waren zu 5. Und es war echt eng. Positiv Sylt ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist nur ca. 25 Minuten vom nächsten Bäcker und dem Zentrum von List entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig. Parkplätze gibt es genug so auch auf der Straße.

The apartment is located in a house with only 8 apartments, which are rented out only 2. The remaining apartments are the owner as a holiday home.
The house is right on the way to the Mövenbergstraße West beach and elbows. The short distance to the harbor and the town center. In list you can enjoy the holidays in a delightful setting. In the west, the sea surges at the beach, in the east extends widely the Wadden Sea. In between: An unspoilt sand dunes as far as the eye. The range of restaurants is diverse: The Harbour with "Gosch" and the pirates' nest, or 200 years of the King Harbor Inn and fine cuisine.

Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
