Ein Gast hebt in dieser Ferienwohnung die Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre sowie den schönen Balkon mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht hervor. Das ruhig gelegene Haus verfügt über einen praktischen Fahrstuhl und die Ausstattung wird als einfach, aber insgesamt ausreichend beschrieben. Zudem weist ein Gast auf einen Defekt am Schrankbett sowie den Zustand der Kaffeemaschine hin und ein weiterer Gast merkt das Fehlen einer Nachttischlampe an, wobei trotz dieser Punkte aufgrund des positiven Gesamteindrucks die Bereitschaft zur Rückkehr geäußert wird.

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen, sie war für meine Zwecke als Alleinreisende optimal, sehr gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung könnte m.E. mal überdacht werden: Zu viel Geschirr, oft angeschlagen, zu viele Töpfe und Kochgeschirr - bei den vorhandenen Schränken und Schubladen nur schwer zu verstauen und nicht alles notwendig, da ganz großes Kochen wohl nicht so oft vorkommt. Sehr schönes Bad, Alle Geräte gut in Schuss (Fön, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, TV etc.). Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde sehr gerne wiederkommen!

VerifiedKleine aber feine Wohnung an idealer Lage mit direktem Blick vom Balkon auf das Wattenmeer. Für den tropfenden Duschkopf sollte einmal der Klempner aufgeboten werden. Dies ist aber wirklich auch schon alles, was es zu bemängeln gibt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

VerifiedDie Wohnung liegt sehr schön an der Ostsee von Sylt. Das Appartement ist recht klein, vor allem das Bad. Alles war sehr sauer. Von der Größe der Wohnung ist es eher für Alleinreisende gedacht.
Leider gab es im Appartement keinen Hinweis zum WLAN -Netzwerk. Hierzu war Rücksprache mit der Agentur erforderlich. Da Anreise am Samstag war,kam die Rückmeldung natürlich erst Montag. Zudem war keine Information vorhanden wo die Mülltonnen zu finden sind.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
