Diese Ferienwohnung überzeugt Gäste durch ihre geschmackvolle Einrichtung sowie die Terrasse mit weitem Blick auf das Watt. Während die Atmosphäre als einladend zum Wohlfühlen beschrieben wird, hebt ein Gast die lückenlose Ausstattung hervor. Ein Gast weist jedoch auf die Raumaufteilung hin, bei welcher ein Schlafzimmer sehr kompakt ausfällt und der Raum im Untergeschoss wenig Tageslicht bietet. Zudem wird angemerkt, dass neben dem Badezimmer lediglich ein Gäste-WC vorhanden ist und ein Kleiderschrank in einem Zimmer sowie Reinigungsequipment fehlen.

Wir haben uns mal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt auf Sylt,und das lag nicht nur an dieser wunderschönen Insel.... Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen,sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Herzblut eingerichtet,und es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Watt ist traumhaft......wir werden wiederkommen ?

Moin moin, das Haus ist sehr schön. Rundrum sind alle Häuser nur Ferienhäuser. Die Wohnung ist Ikeaschön und von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf`s Watt. Wir waren zu dritt. Es werden 2 Badezimmer angepriesen. Das ist falsch. Im Keller ist ein Bad. Im Erdgeschoss lediglich eine Gästetoilette. Das Schlafzimmer im Keller hat, trotz Fenster, null Aussicht und kaum Tageslicht. Aber immerhin einen Schrank. Das 2 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist so klein, das man nur vom Fußende ins Bett steigen kann, es sei denn, man hat die Figur von Twiggi und eine Ausbildung im Circus genossen. Ein Kleiderschrank fehlt völlig. Da diese Unterkunft keinen Service hat, wäre ein Bodenwischer nicht schlecht. Ein Handtuchwechsel wäre auch gut gewesen. Die Wohnung verspricht mehr, wie sie halten kann, aber das gehört wohl auch zu Sylt.

Hallo Familie Reiners, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung zu dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. In der Kurzbeschreibung stand zwar tatsächlich 2 Bäder, aber aus der weiteren Textbeschreibung konnte man ersehen, dass es sich bei einem Bad nur um ein Gäste-WC handelte. Hier haben wir Ihren Hinweis aber aufgenommen und den Kurztext auch noch einmal verändert. Ihre Schwierigkeiten im zweiten Schlafzimmer mit dem Einstieg ins Bett können wir nicht ganz nachvollziehen, da es für uns ohne Probleme möglich ist von beiden Seiten in das Bett einzusteigen. Und Ikea finden Sie in dieser Wohnung nicht, dafür aber Echtholzfussboden , hochwertige Tischlereinbauten und sehr individuelle und moderne Einrichtungsgegenstände. Einen Handtuchwechsel hätten Sie sehr gern haben können, wenn Sie uns diesbezüglich einmal angerufen hätten. Standardmäßig handelt es sich um eine kostenlose Wäscheerstausstattung ( muss in den meisten Ferienwohnungen auch extra bezahlt werden), die aber natürlich jederzeit hätte gewechselt werden können. Die Wohnung verspricht eine einmalige Lage und das hat sie mit Sicherheit auch. Der Blick über das Watt ist einfach nur schön! Eine schön Zeit wünscht Ihnen das Kluge-Urlaubs-Service-Team.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
  • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
