Typical Sylterhaus in the posh Rantum neighborhood. Small appartment, equipped with all that's needed. Cozy little entrance with table and chairs, comfortable bedroom with closets and TV, functional modern bathroom, basic kitchenette with dishwasher. Delightful little backyard equipped with a Strandkorb! Exterior shoe racks. Parking space for car and bike right below. Very quiet, be it to hear the stormy winds or the shining sun.
Excellent communication with owner to solve minor issues! We will be back!

Weststrand als auch zum Rantum-Becken.
Man hat einen Parkplatz, aber auch einen Bus vor der Tür.
Morgens haben wir das sonnige Frühstück im Strandkorb genossen.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und geschmackvoll.
Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Meine Tochter und ich haben uns mit unserem kleinen Hund dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die EG-Wohnung mit Terrasse+Strandkorb hat einen tollen Südwest-Ausblick in die Dünen, da sich das Haus oberhalb der Straße auf einer Anhöhe befindet. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gut aufgeteilt.

Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Lage in Rantum top und nicht weit zum Strand. Kleiner Garten - super mit Hund. Zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße- aber nicht störend- da Haus oberhalb liegt.
Sauber und ordentlich- netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Küche sehr klein- aber für ein paar Tage ok. Kaffeemaschine wäre schön.

The Wohnung was very clean. The fernsehen is extremly small!, this could be easily
changed. The small safe for the Keys does not work so good! it is quite difficult to
remove the "deckel" I think it will make a lot of problems for some people.
The entrance door to the house is very loud (when persons enter or leave and do not
take any care to close the door properly) maybe a notice would help ? or a spring-
loaded closing device. We had our E-Bikes with us, but it is not possible to bring the
Bikes up the steps to the Bike-Stand, which is in the garden area. Therefore the bikes
must stay in the Car-Park, which is not so good. The Wohnung is, apart from my comments
good, and with some small changes could be much better.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Apartment, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr sauber! Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe - auch zum Strand nur 5 Minuten. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Der an sich wenige Raum des kleinen Zwei-Zimmer-Appartments wird optimal genutzt, so dass nie ein Gefühl von Enge auftritt. Die kleine Terrasse mit Sonnenkuhle und eigenem Strandkorb rägt ihren Teil dazu bei.
Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig und der kleine Fernseher bietet leider nur wenige Programme.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super und auch kurzfristige Änderungswünsche bzgl. An- und Abreisezeit wurden berücksichtigt. Top! :)

Liebe Andersson, wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat auch unseren 2 Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Ideal gelegen mit Zugang zur See- und Wattseite. Sehr angenehm sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe. Wir freuen uns immer Sommer für 2 Wochen zu kommen.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
