This new apartment, completed in 2010, has been furnished in a modern Scandinavian country-house style. The high quality kitchenette has a dishwasher, microwave and washer-dryer. From the living room and generous balcony you have direct views of the nearby sand dunes.
Outdoor area
There is a 6m2 balcony in front of two double-doored living room windows in a west-facing location with a view of the dunes. The balcony furniture (a table and two comfortable, adjustable high-backed chairs) are made of teak. Directly next to the building is a parking space allocated to the apartment. There is a bike stand for cyclists near the parking space.
Special feature
Use of a sauna or a swimming pool in the nearby village hotel is possible for a fee. The village store is also here, 5 minutes away on foot, with fresh bread rolls and newspapers. Bus stops for buses travelling to Westerland and Hörnum can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Rooms and equipment
The rooms are bright and furnished in a modern Scandinavian country-house style. In the living room flooded with light you will find a high quality sofa bed, a cosy dining area with a view of the beautiful dune landscape. A flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system as well as a DSL wireless internet connection are part of the furnishings. A spacious sliding-door wardrobe is built into the bedroom. In this room you will also find a second flat-screen TV with cable. A storage room for luggage etc. is provided. In the separate hallway in front of the apartment entrance, an additional closet offers you the opportunity to hang up wet clothing and shoes.

In the kitchenette you will find an integrated, combined washer-dryer (hidden by the kitchen cabinets).

The apartment with separate entrance is situated on the first floor of the last building of a terraced house with three housing units. The house is part of a newly constructed residential area with a total of 17 housing units in a quiet residential street (cul-de-sac). The beach is accessible within 3 minutes by way of a boardwalk opposite the house. Due to its lack of parking spaces for day trippers, this section of beach is predominantly used by holiday guests from the northern part of Rantum. A wicker beach chair can be rented out on location.

VerifiedIch habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen brauchte. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles funktionierte und die Lage ist auch toll, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner ist auch praktisch. Das Einzige was zu bemängeln ist, dass es einige Zeit dauerte bis das Wasser warm wurde. Spontanes duschen ist etwas schwierig:). Aber ansonsten alles wunderbar. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe war problemlos. Rose@Rose waren Klasse und haben bei Fragen, sich sofort gekümmert. Danke und immer wieder gerne

VerifiedEs war schön- Sylt ist immer schön. Besonders Rantum. Direkt an den Dünen. Sehr aufgeräumtes und schön eingerichtetes App.. An alles gedacht!!! Ankommen und wohlfühlen.Es riecht so gut, wenn mann die Tür aufschließt!!! Hochwertige Küche sogar mit Waschmaschine und alles, was dazu gehört. Toll! Vielen Dank für den guten Wein, das war eine feine Aufmerksamkeit von Rose & Rose. Auch die Abwicklung war total unkompliziert und freundlich .Danke! Herrlich großer Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, im Sommer sicher wunderbar zum Frühstücken und an warmen Abenden bei Kerzenlicht mit einem guten Wein. Auto parkt direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad zum Bäcker - kein Problem. 2 Dinge vielleicht: die Lampe über dem Eßtisch war leider nicht sauber und es waren 2 Flecken auf dem einen Bettlaken. Auch die Fensterinnenrahmen waren schmutzig.Ich weiss, das sowas immer ein Kritikpunkt ist, kommer selber aus der Gastronomie. Es war sehr kalt, aber sonnig und es waren tolle Ostertage!!!Auf bald.

VerifiedDie Wohnung war für uns optimal.Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist liebevoll durchdacht.Die Einrichtung traf meinen Geschmack, der den Landhauscharakter und die hellen Farben mag. Bei Regen hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Dünen. Alles funktioniert. Bett gut, Fernseher toll.
Was man dennoch wissen muss: Vielleicht ist es bei Wärme abends heiß im Wohnraum. Die Sonne wärmt auf, es gibt kaum Sonnenschutz bei schräg stehender Sonne.
Und was wirklich fehlt: Ein zweiter Schlüssel. Wir sind zwar verheiratet, aber nicht immer zusammen unterwegs. Da ist es behindernd, wenn kein zweiter Schlüssel da ist. Einmal vergaß mein Mann, dass er ihn hat, da stand ich vor der Wohnung. Auch die Rückgabe war schwierig, weil wir kein Auto hatten, und ohne meine Schwester, mit Auto, hätten wir es nicht geschafft, vor Abfahrt mit Bus zur Verwaltung zu kommen. Also, bitte investieren Sie in die bezaubernde Wohnung einen 2. Schlüssel

VerifiedEine sehr schöne, gemütliche, bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Besonders wertvoll für uns die Abstellkammer für Gepäck und der Waschtrockner. Die Strandnähe und ruhige Lage gefallen uns auch sehr. Für uns zu dritt optimal.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.

A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
