Dieses Ferienhaus überzeugt Gäste durch seine zentrale Lage auf Sylt, von der aus der Strand sowie Westerland schnell erreichbar sind. Mehrere Besucher heben hervor, dass es sehr ruhig ist und keine Bahngeräusche zu hören sind, während ein Gast das Ferienhaus als sehr sauber, modern und mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor beschreibt. Ein Gast betont das heimische Gefühl sowie den sonnigen Garten in Südlage. Absolutes Traumhaus! Würden wir sofort wieder buchen! Die Lage ist super zentral, mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand und trotz der Nähe zur Bahn sehr ruhig. Garten in Südlage als quasi von morgens bis Abends Sonne. Und auch bei Regenwetter bietet das Haus ausreichend Platz.

Die Wattvogel Lodge ist sehr ruhig gelegen und perfekt zum entspannen. Morgens kann man wunderbar die Vögel hören, was dem Haus wohl seinen Namen gibt. Von der naheliegenden Bahnstrecke ist jedoch absolut nichts zu hören. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, da es sehr Zentral auf der Insel Sylt gelegen ist. Nach Westerland, wie auch zum Strand sind es nur kurze, von der Umgebung viel zu entdeckende, Spaziergänge. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, modern und hat einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor, welcher sofort ein familiäres und heimisches Gefühl mit sich bringt. Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für Alles.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
