Die Ferienwohnung ist nett und hochwertig eingerichtet, verfügt über eine mitnutzbare schöne Gartenanlage (die im Sommer zum Grillen einlädt) und liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Westerland ist in 20 min zu Fuß und in 5 min mit dem Rad erreichbar, und die Felder zum Rantum-Becken liegen quasi vor der Haustür.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Appartements vermisst man nicht die geringste Kleinigkeit, die Anzahl der Geschirr- und Besteckteile ist angenehm umfänglich (und nicht wie so oft auf die Anzahl der Gäste abgezählt ...), alle notwendigen Schüsseln und Kochutensilien werden vorgehalten, und selbst an eine Mehrfachsteckdose ist gedacht.
Der Kontakt mit Herrn Beckmann war ausgesprochen freundlich und unterstützend und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder. Herzlichen Dank!

Das Appartement Lille Peer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber, man war in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Westerland, der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es war eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend in Tinnum. Alles war wie auf den Fotos, eine rundum wunderbare Wohnung für 2 Personen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Tinem Hüs, Lille Peer. Die Unterkunft war sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Das Haus und die Gartenanlage (Teich und Gripllplatz) machen einen sehr schönen Eindruck. Die Lage ist super - insbesondere , wenn man überwiegend mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist. Der Vermieter Herr Beckmann ist sehr freundlich, serviceorientiert und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Herr Beckmann ist uns bei kleineren Änderungswünschen sofort entgegen gekommen. Für die Ausstattung vergeben wir nicht die volle Punktzahl, da die Küche etwas besser ausgestattet sein könnte, wenn man vor Ort häufiger kochen möchte. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage, aber doch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen.
Mittig auf der Insel ist in alle Richtungen alles gut erreichbar.
Das Landhaus ist sehr schön, der Garten und alles drum herum mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet, vom Seerosenteich über den kleinen Grillplatz bis zur Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, es ist alles vorhanden.
Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist sehr modern.
In dem bequemen Bett im Schlafzimmer haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.
Positiv zu erwähnen finden wir noch, dass es durch Schlüsselhinterlegung ein sehr unkomplizierter An- und Abreiseprozess war, den man sich dadurch mit den Zeiten sehr flexibel gestalten konnte.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Alles 100%ig. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse, kaum Verkehr. Die Wohnung verfügt uber alles, was man normalerweise braucht, sehr gepflegt. Kurz um: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, so muss Urlaub sein. Übrigens Brötchen gibts gleich um die Ecke. Und dort ist auch ein unscheinbares Restaurant (am Camping Platz), das eine qualitativ hochwertige Küche zu vernünftigen Preisen bietet.
Wir werden wiederkommen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
