Wir hatten zum zweiten Mal diese tolle kleine gemütliche Wohnung und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn, die Austattung top. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. April 2025 ist schon gebucht. ;-)

Ich traue mich fast gar nicht, eine Bewertung abzugeben, aus Sorge, für das Apartment zu viel Werbung zu machen
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dem Apartment verbracht. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Sauberkeit war makellos. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr durchdacht. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank/Abstellraum ist Gold wert. Die Kommoden bieten ausreichend Platz, um alle Habseligkeiten großzügig zu verstauen, sodass das Apartment auch jederzeit aufgeräumt ist. Einzig eine kleine Garderobe (vielleicht zwei Haken) in der Nähe der Wohnungstür hätten wir uns gewünscht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn das Apartment verfügbar ist.

Das gesamte Haus wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Durch die Wohnungstür betritt man jedoch eine durchdacht geschnittene, neuwertig renovierte, modern und praktisch möblierte Wohnung in angenehmen Farbtönen.
In einem kleinen Abstellraum gibt es ausreichend Stauraum, so dass im Wohnraum alles aufgeräumt bleibt.
Die Ausstattung bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Alles ist blitzsauber, das Badezimmer hübsch und praktisch und ebenfalls mit reichlich Stauraum.
Der Blick vom Balkon geht über die Dünen bis zum Meer, und da es dort keine Passanten gibt, hat man trotz des großen Hauses das Gefühl, dass man fast in Alleinlage direkt in den Dünen wohnt. Wir hatten bei herrlichem Wetter eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Es fehlt an NICHTS in der Wohnung. Wenn dann auch noch das Wetter stimmt, wie dieses Jahr, kann

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie eine Perle in einer Sylter Royal. Alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub zu zweit braucht ist vorhanden, sehr sauber und die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt. Der Strandzugang ist direkt am Haus und die Lage ist für alle Aktivitäten auf Sylt optimal.
Allerdings ist das Juwel von Ferienwohnung in einem weniger attraktiven Gebäude zu finden.

Sehr große Wohnanlage mit ca. 135 Appartements.
Das hübsche Appartement bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und hat ein nettes Boxspring-Bett mit elektrischer Verstellmöglichkeiten von Kopf- und Fußteil. Die Ausstattung von Küche und Haushalt war vorbildlich sogar Bügeleisen und -brett sowie Fensterreinigungsgerät vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Eine modern eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Blick vom Bett (elektrisch verstellbare Lattenroste) bzw. Balkon über die Dünen bis zum Meer. Es hat in der Wohnung nichts gefehlt. Der Strandabgang liegt gleich neben dem Wohnobjekt. Nach Westerland City sind es nur 3,5 km.

Die Lage des Objektes ist optimal, Strand, Gaststätten und Westerland (als Stadt) schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll,überlegt und detailverliebt eingerichtet.Alles sehr zeitgerecht und angenehm.

Sehr schöne Wohnung . Man wacht auf und kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Gute Ausstattung mit super bequemen Bett, Sesseln und Stühlen.
Das Bad war geräumig und es gab viele Schränke, Kommoden und Ablagen im Apartment. Die begehbare Garderobe ist super.
Nachteil für manche: es gibt keine Rolladen, nur Plissees. Wir brauchten es nicht ganz dunkel und es kann eh niemand rein sehen. Wir hatten dort einen wunderbaren Urlaub.
Auch toll für Filmfreaks. Es gibt Netflix.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
