Diese Ferienwohnung überzeugt durch ihre ruhige und zugleich zentrale Lage mit Blick auf den Kampener Leuchtturm, wobei Gäste die Strandnähe sowie die gepflegte Außenanlage mit eigenem Strandkorb hervorheben. Die Ausstattung wird als schick, zeitlos und lückenlos beschrieben, ergänzt durch hohe Sauberkeit und einen entgegenkommenden Service. Viele Gäste fühlten sich wohl und schätzen die solide Qualität der Unterkunft. Ein Gast bemerkt Zugluft an den Fenstern, während ein anderer auf eine knarrende Tür hinweist und ein weiterer Gast einen Handwagen für den Kiesweg zum Haus anregt.

VerifiedDie Wohnung ist gut gelegen und optimal ausgestattet. Lediglich die Dichtigkeit der Fensterrahmen führt zur Abwertung. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes zog es, aufgrund des starken Nord-Ost-Windes, mächtig durch die Ritzen!

VerifiedDie Unterkunft war sehr schön gelegen und solide ausgestattet. Sie bietet einen schönen Blick auf das weitläufige gepflegte Anwesen. Wir freuten uns auch über die Feldhasen, die sich dort offenbar sehr wohl fühlen. Die Ablage im Flur ist locker und sollte befestigt werden. Die Tür zum Wohnzimmer allerdings knarzte, was nachts störte, obwohl sie auf unsere Bitte noch extra geölt wurde.

Verified by partnerWir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt im Haus Pamir Nr. 16. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und sehr sauber mit schönem Blick auf den Kampener Leuchtturm. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Auf dem großen Grundstück gibt es zusätzlich einen Strandkorb zur Wohnung. Auch die Vermietung war sehr nett.

VerifiedSehr gepflegte Wohnung an der es an nichts fehlt. Selbst 2 Tabs und ein Müllbeutel für die ersten Tage waren da. Sehr ruhig aber zentral gelegen und mit dem Fahrrad alles gut erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung für ein Paar wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir kommen jetzt zum 2 mal und freuen uns jetzt schon auf 2020.
Das Haus und die Wohnung hat alles für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub.

VerifiedEin kleiner Hinweis an die Eigentümer:
Für den Gepäcktransport zum Haus wäre die Anschaffung eines kleinen Handwagens sinnvoll. Der lange Kiesweg ist mit Gepäck schlecht zu nutzen. Ist aber der einzige negative Punkt, den Anreise- u. Abreisetag betreffend.

VerifiedDie Wohnung eignet sich insbesondere für einen Kurzurlaub zur Erkundung
der Insel. Aktiven Inselbesuchern kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfohlen
werden, wobei auch das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis i.O. ist.
Der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend und reagiert schnell auf die
Wünsche seiner Gäste.
Wenn dann noch das Wetter mitspielt, steht einem erlebnisreichen Urlaub
nichts mehr im Wege.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
