Diese kleine, hübsch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung überzeugt mehrere Gäste durch ihren traumhaften Meerblick, der sowohl vom Frühstückstisch als auch vom Balkon und dem Schlafzimmer aus genossen werden kann. Die Küchenausstattung wird als voll ausgestattet beschrieben, wobei ein Gast Details wie die Nespresso-Maschine und die Spülmaschine hervorhebt. Verified by partnerDie Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, sollte man einigermaßen fit sein, um Gepäck und Sonstiges vom Parkplatz in die Wohnung zu bringen.
Auch die sehr steile Treppe nach oben zum Schlafraum ist nicht ganz ohne.
Aber der Meerblick vom Frühstückstisch aus ist einfach unbezahlbar.

VerifiedKleine, sehr feine und hübsch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen. Kleiner Balkon mit Meerblick! Traumhaft.
Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Nespresso Kapselmaschine. Kleine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Alles in allem sehr schön.
Leider war die Balkontür nicht ganz in Ordnung und es war mühsam sie zu schließen. Auch war sie undicht und es zog hinein. Habe dies aber bereits gemeldet.
Badezimmer mit Dusche, und ausreichend Handtüchern.
Oben über eine sehr steile und schmale Treppe befindet sich das SZ mit einem Doppelbett und vielen Schränken mit ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung. Auch von hier oben hat man direkten Meerblick.
Etwas schade fand ich, dass man den Schlüssel in Westerland abholen und auch zurück bringen musste. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wenningstedt und man muss schon ein gutes Stück mit dem Auto oder dem Bus zurücklegen. Ein Schlüsselsafe an der Wohnung wäre sicher eine gute Alternative.

Erlauben Sie uns einen kleinen Hinweis bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe. Uns ist persönlicher Kundenkontakt noch wichtig. Deswegen versuchen wir auch die Schlüsselübergabe persönlich zu gestalten. Die Ankunft und Abfahrt auf oder von der Insel Sylt erfolgt mit den Zügen immer mit der Endstation in Westerland, daher können wir den von Ihnen empfundenen“ Umstand „ der Schlüsselabholung nicht ganz nachvollziehen.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie beim nächsten Urlaub wieder in unserem Hause begrüßen zu dürfen.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.

A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
